Walked in to Dillard’s today for the first time since 2019 and was searching for a particular brand. Elizabeth was so kind, helpful, and courteous and pointed me in the right direction. Chances are, if you are wanting to find something specific, you will find it here at half the price without compromising on quality. She promptly took the items from my hand and directed me towards the fitting rooms. She checked on me occasionally to see if I needed further assistance. Of course, I left with more items than I intended, but with the amount of weight I have lost, I have earned a new wardrobe and closet refresh. I even signed up and got approved for a Dillard’s Credit Card at the time of purchase. So glad I decided to stop by today. All in all, a successful 5-star shopping experience, thanks to Elizabeth. Hope to see her again on my next visit!

It's a pity. They no longer stock the store like they used to. Very few options for jackets, suits, shirts, ties, pants, etc... My wife has also told me the same thing in reference to women's clothing.

I was looking at the sunglasses center and when I was looking at some sunglasses an older white employee had no manners and shoved right past. As an employee she would know better, she gave a look. As a costumer I was really interested in a $500 designer sunglasses, probably buying them the same day but the lady lost her self a costumer thinking she is entitled like please I make her paycheck in less than 2 days other than that the cologne/perfume department, lady's where nice they sold me on the de marley 100%

Bought a nice crossbody Hammitt handbag June 5. Sales woman was odd, rude, and not helpful. I told her I was debating between a couple bags and she told me, "I wouldn't want this bag. It is not good because it's not big enough and doesn't open wide." I thought, well, then it's good that I'm not buying it for her. She tried talking me out of my purchase more than once handing me other bags that were NOT similar (that is, when she was actually around to help). She proceeded to hand my sister a giant bag she recommended for me. My sis was shrugging her shoulders and eventually walked away. When I was finally checking out after many hurdles of simply asking to get a bag unlocked from the chain, the sales woman said "aren't you getting this giant bag" (that was on the counter along with other misc items). I said no. She responded, "Your sis put these here for you. They are yours." I said neither my sis nor I want that giant bag, only the one I had selected. She accused my sis 3 times that she left the bag for me on the counter and acted very annoyed that she "left" it there when I didn't want to purchase it. There were other small issues but you get the idea. She clearly did not want to help me and had other things to do. In fact, she told me about several bags she hadn't gotten around to marking down yet. Instead of feeling excited about finally finding a great bag, I felt like I'd been shamed and judged. Time for a refresher in customer service and simply being friendly/helpful.

The arab man at the women shoes dept is rude, not a pro and does discriminate against Hispanics. I would lower his pay if I was Dillards.

They had a beautiful selection of unique shoes and summer clothes. I personally tried on the pearl shoes and they are true to size. Most are very expensive. The dresses are summer ready.

Mr. Diab in the suiting department went above and beyond to help my fiance and I. He could not have been more kind and helpful. He was also very nice to everyone else in the department while we were in the store. I really appreciate his customer service!

If your disrespectful employees aren’t going to want males in this fitting room please place a sign outside. Ridiculous of a company in 2024.

I went to the lingerie department to but myself a bra. I had one of the workers there assist me in the matter. At the time when i tried it on, it fit well. Yet when i came home, the bra hadnt fit me well. So I came back to dillards to return the bra, yet when i was confronted with the cashier they had told me it was inelligable for returns since tag of the bra was pulled off. I had the tag and recipt with me but apparently that was their policy. Furious and frustrated, i called the manager to see if it was true and with a terrible attitude she said thats how it was and thats that. I then read the policy book and no where did it say that in the policy. The cashiers hadnt told me that either. So think twice before shopping at dillards.

The girls working in the cologne were very rude and demanding. One also kept pointing at us.

This place’s employees first accused me and my friend of stealing then kept pointing at us. The employees also got mad at us for using the only papers we saw for the cologne testers, there were literally no papers so we used the only ones they had but apparently there are specific papers for certain colognes but we just used the only ones there were.
Then they were just out of a lot of cologne.
