I went there 2 weeks ago and I bought Mk jacket for $169 and after I worn it for 3 days, the material is ripped off and look like I had it for a year. I went and ask lady name (Giti ) she said I can’t take it back and she call manager his name was Mostafa , was trying to help but Giti talked to him in their language and she was thinking that I don’t know! Which I understand their language! After being a customer for over a years at Dillard I will tell my family never go back to this store! And I am really sorry for Dillard owner that they don’t know who works for them! So disrespectful, rude, and I will post my jacket pictures why after 3 times that I worn it turn that way ! Because quality of this brand wasn’t good! And I even ask for exchange Giti didn’t let him do it for me ! I bought jacket 11/16 and want to return it at 11/28 and only worn it twice!This is ridiculous and not good customer service!I will email the owner too!I hope he understands the situation!

Dillard ‘s has been a go to place for many years. Although I shop online a lot, Dillards is great in that you can TRY ON clothes for an accurate size fitting. When I shop online with Dillards, I know my sizes for many of their brands, and I know I am buying quality. I always find great helpers, too. All in all it has always been a super positive experience.

I just left Dillards and I’m so disappointed with the staff I encountered.The saleswoman in the perfume department is disrespectful and rude. I bought Chanel perfume and paid two hundred dollars and she gave me the perfume without a bag and without a receipt. When I asked her that I wanted the bag, she told me bags are for sets only !!!. I would have been better off buying from a Chanel store and being treated with all respect. What a shame! How will I give a gift to someone without a bag?Never going to Dillards again

Shopping at Dillard’s has become the equivalent of a someone on a 24 hour guard watch. Y’all have lost your minds. I can’t shop in peace without an associate running up asking if I need help, then another one shouting from across the aisle if she can help me. They literally watch you shop and stand by you as if they’re your +1 on this shopping trip. They watch you shop. Feels invasive and borderline harassing. HOWEVER, if you’re empty handed or looking at something cheap, they’ll turn the other way. But pick up a Brahmin bag or a pair of Spanx and they all come out of the woodwork like starving vultures at breakneck speed ready to ring you up. I point the finger at management and likely obscene sales goals set forth for the associates. I stopped at Dillard’s at Willow Bend, Stonebriar, and Fairview this weekend. I wanted to buy some Spanx leggings- I couldn’t walk around the store without being offered a fitting room or to be checked out. Just let me know your name and where to find you if I need help. I put back the 3 pairs of pants and walked out at both Stonebriar and Willow Bend. At Fairview, a Brahmin purse caught my eye, no sooner than touching it a sales associate appeared. I was done. I lost any interest I had in that purse not to mention shopping the rest of the store. As I walked out through the make up aisle…SIX associates asked if I needed help. I mean…read the room. I ended up going online and ordering directly from Spanx and Brahmin. No more Dillard’s for me. Y’all are over the top.

Great experience at Dillard’s in Frisco TX today. I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted. Kasey, the associate in petites, was wonderful and put together a great outfit for me. Thank you Kasey!

For me, Dillard's is very hit or miss. I either walk out empty handed, or with an entirely new wardrobe in multiple bags. If you hit their sales and clearance just right, it is easy to go overboard, but not feel too guilty. Sales associates can be a little over friendly but I'd rather have that any day that feel like I'm being ignored - which is sadly common at most places these days.

The woman that works at the Junior's department that wears crazy make up and nappy black short hair with a dress was very rude and made it seem like I was a bother. Very poor customer service. I am a very frequent Dillard's customer, one of my favorite stores. Usually I am met with amazing people at Dillard's stores but the lady at this one was just so rude. She gave a very disgusting attitude when I asked for help, definitely not a good look for the store! If I could do zero stars I would. I noticed when other associates would try to help me or other customers she would come and steal the spotlight from the associates, not giving them a chance to do their job.

Really wanted to buy some shoes and I was thinking of purchasing a Brahmin purse too.. I asked the salesperson if I could see a particular shoe in size 11 and I was informed they don’t carry shoes in that size.. I’m not the only woman that wears a size 11!!! Too bad for you I’ll never spend any money at Dillard’s ever again!!!!

If I could give a negative stars, I would. Debbie in seasonal could not have been more unhelpful and rude during my exchange process I originally bought a bathing suit, and the straps would not stay on when you wore it leaving you popping out when you raised your arms. And she was making snarky remarks to other customers while I stood there with my 11-year-old about my return she told me she could not help me without a manager. April, the manager, came over and was actually worse than Debbie. She proceeded to tell me how I should wear the bathing suit saying that I should crisscross the straps in the back, but the bathing suit is not made to wear like that. I originally came in here, just to exchange it for another suit, but after the way I was treated, I will never be shopping here again. I try to give the benefit of the doubt since I also work in a service based industry, but I could not believe how I was treated. Miserable people.

My wife and I went in to purchase a car seat on July 3. That’s no problem, we were told it would be free shipping, and we’d receive it in 1-2 business days.After looking at the shipping info, not only were we charged shipping costs, but the car seat is back ordered and we likely won’t receive it before the birth of our baby and have to go spend another several hundred dollars just to have one in time. We were also told the car seat was being shipped directly from Dillards, which also turned out to be untrue, and is being ordered from the manufacturer. We easily could’ve placed that order ourselves and cut out the hassle of the middle man.Since the order was placed, we also can’t cancel the order. I get sales quotas have to be met, but I don’t have a great time being mislead.

Loved the Stonebriar Dillard’s. It’s big and items are in stock. They stopped the occasional additional 30% off and very few merchandise now in 65% sale. Loved their merchandise and keeping them affordable. There are ample parking outside. The return center is at first floor and associates are helpful. The store is neat and have clean restroom.

Always clean and organized. It’s one of the last department stores that still cares to provide a sophisticated, enjoyable shopping environment. It’s certainly the best department store in Stonebriar Centre. Shop at Dillards!

Visited the shoe department. Great selection and variety. The saleperson was very knowledgeable and helpful. There was plenty of staff, and all were attentive.
