This guy Edward looks like a very hard worker he was running the cash register by himself and was doing it in rhythm and still manage to give a good customer service he deserves a better position for the hospitality to the clients thanks! had a great experience here.

I experienced unsatisfactory service and very unprofessional behavior while trying to purchase balloons. I waited in the line to purchase balloons, the manager told me to wait for all customers to finish checking out so that I could get my balloons. Why do I need to wait and not others? If you are not interested to sell, do not offer it.

Probably one of the worst ever experience I’ve ever had at any Dollar Tree, if you’re looking to get discriminated on within 5 minutes of being in the store this is the perfect place! Thanks to the Manager Edward Johnson! While looking through the bathroom isle, manager came up to us crazy, and ASSUMED because were in the bathroom aisle that we “opened” and “touched” a box AND he seen us! The crazy thing is, WE DIDN’T touch no box, I didn’t even have a clue it was there. But at that moment I knew we were getting discriminated on, for what? I have no idea.
The crazy part is there was SOO many other people inside the store and BECAUSE we were in the bathroom aisle “WE” were the ones who happened to open a box and he supposedly seen us “on Camera” which he didn’t want to show the video. Just ridiculous.
So help yourself if you’d like and come here to get accused of something you’d didn’t do then you’re at the right place!
Also we asked for his name but didn’t want to provide it, why? Because he doesn’t want HR to know how terrible and unprofessional of a person he is.

While I appreciated the cleanliness of the establishment, I was disappointed by the lackluster customer service experience. Despite the tidy environment, the staff seemed disinterested and inattentive, which impacted my overall satisfaction with the visit. There is definite room for improvement in the realm of customer service to match the cleanliness standards of the facility.

I experienced unsatisfactory service while trying to purchase balloons for a friend recovering from a stroke. The manager informed me that custom balloon orders were not being accepted due to prioritizing Valentine’s Day balloon preparations. This overall experience was disappointing, and it would have been preferable to wait until after my departure to decline further orders.

I thought doors closed at 10:00pm I walked in with my daughter at 9:43 and she’s telling me we’re going to close in 5 min I asked the lady at the register I thought it closed at 10 she said “we do but we have to close at this time to get out at 10” I’m like that’s not how it works. You can’t just tell people to leave whenever you want because you want to leave exactly at 10.. anyone who runs a business knows that..

We had 15 min to shop before 10pm lady told us we had 5 min till closing im like that's not what store hours are .. she said they have to close at that time to get out at 10 I've never knew a place where hours say it's one thing but then you get to choose what time you want to close the door so you can hurry up and leave faster...

Wow this store is awful. Empty sleeves, stinky junk on the cart handle, boxes everywhere and misplaced merchandise on every isle. The best thing about this place was the helpful and polite worker's. I will NOT be returning.

Store is remarkably clean and well organized. The cashier Katherine was very helpful packing my groceries the way I liked, and helped me manage my shopping cart. I like the extended hours, which is great when my work schedule runs lateWould suggest allowing cashiers an override function to allow exchanges without having to call the manager.
