Dr. Cell phone attempted to repair the camera on my S21. They put in a cheap aftermarket camera that didn't fit in the phone, causing the back plate to not sit flush with the phone housing.
After providing a very poor quality repair, they refused a full refund.
I took the phone to another repair shop where they found damage caused by Dr. Cell Phone.
Dr.Cell Phone cracked a board in the phone by over tightening a speaker screw. This caused a full replacement of a previously non damaged speaker housing.
Do not do business with this place.
They provide poor quality service and poor quality parts, are extremely dishonest, and refuse to be accountable for their actions. If you read below, you will see that many of their employees have left reviews to increase their review score.
They do not know what they are doing.

I went to a place called IFIX in the colony they completely screwed up my phone more I found this place in frisco he got me in and out in Less than 15 minutes!!! I highly recommend this place both guys were so sweet!!!!

My HP laptop hinge broke and pop out from behind the screen. I took it to one place in Allen and the guy said it would be in the $200s to fix it if he could save the screen and in the $400s if he couldn’t save the screen but even bigger issue was it would take him a week to order the parts. So I got on Google and picked a place for a second opinion. I am so glad I did because Dilip was so nice and helped me for less money and did it the same day. I brought it in Friday morning and it was going to be $175 to fix the hinge and $375 to replace the screen. I asked how quick he could do it and he got it done the same day! When I came to pick it up the touch screen didn’t work but after trying to restart it. He reordered the screen and asked me to bring it back on Monday. I brought it back and he put the new screen on and it was ready within 2 hours and the touchscreen works again. I am so thankful that I didn’t have to end up waiting a week for parts and paying more. Go see Dilip!
