I had a pleasant experience picking up my online order today thanks to Jennifer. Not only was she incredibly helpful, but she went above and beyond in a way that really impressed me. Jennifer not only pronounced my somewhat uncommon last name correctly, but she even guessed its origin - something that rarely happens! And she owes this all to her previous experience aiding refugees from the same region as my family's homeland. What an amazing soul. It was a small gesture but it showed her attention to detail and willingness to make a personal connection. Keep up the great work!

Stock up on shoes here. You'll come out with 2 or 3 pairs that you can't live without. Always good buys. The store is kept very clean.

I’m a DSW Elite VIP, only meaning I do my fair share of biz here. Had to deal with mgr Amerisa for return of damaged goods. Result was unfavorable, and i had said what I expected-which was a refund. Instead she offered store credit, then just walked away. I have zero idea what I originally paid for these, but she could see what that was. We never discussed it. Had she said I’ll refund you the current price, I might not be typing this review. Instead I got a store credit for a store/ company who’s now let me down & in my disgust never want shop with you again. She’s the epitome of cold & unfriendly. DSW- through one interaction, she’s made me your angry opponent.

We have come here for years and have always had a positive experience. Riley is not made for customer service. We were still actively trying shoes on when she tried to take our shoes to put them up without asking us. We were right there and I had to tell her to put them down. She was the one who checked us out, she couldn't understand basic questions and then when I got frustrated she started slyly smirking at us. She snatched my cash rudely from my hand, and threw around the shoe boxes. She was throwing a temper tantrum like a child. Besides her, the rest of the staff was lovely and helpful! Riley needs to be addressed by management. In this day and age shoppers have the choice to sit at home and shop online so when we have made there effort to come in and support a brick and mortar store employees like this are a detriment to your business and the in person shopping experience.

Staff needs to get better at walking around and asking If you need assistance. Also when your line is super long, you need more than 2 people upfront.

Have shopped at DSW for years. Use to think this store was the best until today. One of the sales lady was rude, unprofessional, & tone of ridiculous. My daughter was looking for boots. She found a pair in the clearance section, brought them 2 isles down to show me. The sales lady rudely approached us about leaving the boots in the box. Granted, I am sure there’s certain requirements for their job but unprofessionalism shouldn’t be one of them. My daughter didn’t mean no harm by bringing the boots to me w/o box and we explained that. It was an unnecessary encounter.
