Staff needs to get better at walking around and asking If you need assistance. Also when your line is super long, you need more than 2 people upfront.

Have shopped at DSW for years. Use to think this store was the best until today. One of the sales lady was rude, unprofessional, & tone of ridiculous. My daughter was looking for boots. She found a pair in the clearance section, brought them 2 isles down to show me. The sales lady rudely approached us about leaving the boots in the box. Granted, I am sure there’s certain requirements for their job but unprofessionalism shouldn’t be one of them. My daughter didn’t mean no harm by bringing the boots to me w/o box and we explained that. It was an unnecessary encounter.

Unfortunately I've had three negative experiences where shoes I ordered never made it out of the warehouse for ship to store. Twice the shoephoria agents couldn't find my account and were zero help. People at the front desk were very nice and tried to assist me, however, after almost 20 min of standing at the front with a line I'm not anxious to return anytime soon.

They don't give out bags to carry out your purchases now? They give me a bag to shop and tell me at the register they are bag less since June 1st? I had to juggle my purchases and my child out the door - I would of purchased less if I'd of known I would not get a bag. Please fix this or have bags available to customers with larger purchases only if you want to conserve waste.

I always go here whenever I need a new pair of shoes! They have a big selection with very affordable pricing as well! I never fail to come out with a shoe I truly love and that I end up wearing for years to come!

Really good store , have really good branded shoes for adults and kids (nike is not available), they also have pretty heels & handbags for ladies, sunglasses ,socks also available. (Not pocket friendly)

Jessica, the manager needs more training. Her knowledge and customer service needs work. I am disappointed with DSW as I have been a customer of DSW for over 10 years and counting.I had to return a shoe as it had a manufacturing defect. It was a sling back shoe but it didn’t hold at the back. Of course when I tried on this shoe in the store the defect wasn’t immediately apparent. I had an event and I wore the shoe and it was horrible. I had to change my shoe due to the back kept falling off. I explained to Jessica and she kept on insisting that I had worn the shoe and could not return it. She left off the part about the shoe being defective.Thankfully, in this new age of looking things up online, I went online to read the return policy AND low and behold DSW will accept return shoes if they are defective regardless of it being worn. The policy is written with an OR. I literally had to plead yes, plead my case, show and read the POLICY to a Staff! This experience was really hurtful, embarrassing and goes against what DSW stands for.I am just thinking of how many people that got treated the way I was and they just took NO for an answer. Imagine a grandma or grandpa that their first instinct is not to seek information as we do now. Imagine they came to buy an orthopedic shoe that they need for their health but actually is defective. Just imagine.Please train your staff better!
