This place not only took weeks to get some socks in I ordered, they never notified me. When they finally did notify me, and said they were in, I went to store to pick up, and they already shipped back, smh. I will never order from DXL again!

Found me a suit and slippers here. They have many other great finds for big&tall men. Name brand designers are reasonably priced. The fabric is expensive and clothing last many years. Great store to buy sports paraphernalia. One of my favorite department stores

If you want excellent customer service and high quality, stylish men's clothing, this is the perfect place. The store is clean and well-lit, you can always find new choices as they bring in new merchandise regularly, and you get what you pay for here. I've been a repeat customer for years!

Fast and friendly service. It's like you have your own personal assistant, and if you ask them to give you time they will. Great place to shop for larger size clothing.

Best suit buying experience I have had ever. Bernadette was attentive, provided lots of input and options but was not pushing the sale. She was very interactive and made us feel comfortable with the measurements and trying on many styles. She made sure that everything was accurately ordered and that we were happy with the items that we purchased. Flawless experience that will have us coming back to this store exclusively.

They're a good place to go for any size and style of clothing. The people working there are helpful, but if you go during the week there will likely be only one person there to help everyone, so it can be tough sometimes getting personal assistance.

Bernadette is such an amazing salesperson that I am willing to drive 26 miles through tolls and skip multiple DXL stores on the way in order to get A+ service from her and her fellow associates. Also, as a huge added bonus, the Frisco store is large with a big selection. Even if they don't have the desired product and/or size, Bernadette will not hesitate to order the desired product and get it sent to you ASAP. I appreciate her level of customer service that makes you feel welcomed and valued. Which is why it is worth the drive.

The clothes were excellent, the prices good, plenty of sizes for big guys like myself, and the service woman who helped us went above and beyond helping fond the best we could. My brother and I were shopping g for funeral clothes for our Mom's funeral. She went above and beyond to make sure we had what we wanted, what we needed, helped get ties that went with the shirts we were watching, grabbed many different types of shoes to find the best fitting ones. 10/10 service.
