I've always had an amazing experience going into this location. The staff is amazing and super nice. My experience has always been great. I love seeing the black women employee I believe their name is Salem (correct me if im wrong). It's great to see someone who looks like me in a store like this. Makes it even more welcoming!

12/23/24 11am - no greeting upon entry, was never spoken to while shopping by either employee. The black woman employee hid in the front corner on her phone. As a previous employee from way back, it’s disappointing. Nick Tillman would be rolling over in his grave seeing the people who work at this location.

Can I just say, the employee Cassy is AMAZING!! As soon as I walked in the vibes were amazing, everyone was so sweet! I was shopping for a friend and didn’t know much, so Cassy gave me a tour through the store, explained the products to me, and where they were from : ) Great experience at Earth Bound.

Customer service during my visit here was exceptionally well!!! I came to this location Friday (1-26-24) evening and bought 3 items. The lady who checked me out was so nice, took the tags off things for me, and threw out the huge stuffing that was in the bag I was buying. She deserves recognition and a raise!!!

This site just isn’t what it use to be. It lacks in selection and the store just doesn’t have that much in it.

Every time I go into this location I am warmly welcomed and greeted. The greatest thing about this store is that no one cares what your sexual orientation, gender, or ethnicity is! Everyone is welcome into the store to shop to their hearts content and the employees are always extremely helpful and resourceful. If you have any questions, they will surely have an answer! Their customer service is top tier, especially the way they handle difficult customers that may offend them. They are always super genuine, sweet, and overall amazing!

Oct 2 2023 @ 12:09My daughter and I walk into earthbound in Stonebriar Mall . Was never greater when we walk in. The his was one of the reason why we stopped shopping there. I couldn’t really tell if it was a man or woman that decided to tell us by when we were leaving. But couldn’t greet us when we walked in. Then when it decided to say by. I told it to keep his exit review to himself. It decided to continue to walk out the store aggressively speaking to me.Another why I will not spend money with this company
