I had an incredible experience at Elements Massage! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming and welcoming. The staff was professional and friendly, and everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and easy.
I booked a 2-hour massage, and it was absolutely worth every minute. My massage therapist was attentive, skilled, and really took the time to focus on the areas I mentioned. The pressure was perfect, and they checked in throughout to make sure I was comfortable. I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed—honestly one of the best massages I’ve ever had.
If you’re looking for a top-tier massage experience, I highly recommend Elements Massage. I’ll definitely be back!

Super upsetting experience - I called to book an appointment, had several questions, and immediately could tell the woman I was speaking to was put out answering them. One of my questions was ensuring that I would be able to use my gift card (Last time I went they told me that I couldn’t use it because I was a first time customer)
She proceeded to have me describe the gift card… I did (NOTE: there is absolutely no expiration date anywhere on the card) and she then tells me that I can no longer use the gift card because they’ve switched owners. I said “so I’m out $150 because they changed owners? There’s nothing that you can do? No way to honor it?” Nope. She was very clearly annoyed that I was pressing the situation and refused to work with me at all. Will not be going back.

I am greeted by friendly, smiling staff from within the clean, cozy front parlor at each visit. This is followed by an always incredible massage therapy session. My therapist has a knack for finding every tight, knotted muscle and alleviating stress that accumulated over weeks. She is personable, professional, consistent, and highly skilled. I highly recommend the 90-minute sessions at Elements Massage to get the full beneficial effects that their massage therapy is known for.

Had a nice 90 min massage. The staff was very kind and easy to talk to and Ronnie gave a nice deep tissue massage that I needed. He gave good advise on stretches I can do in the future too.

I booked a 60 minute massage with Himalayan stones, and it was the best experience! My massage was done by Anastassia, and she did so well. I deal with lots of muscle tension, and this massage really helped with relieving any pain or discomfort. Also, the front desk was super friendly and welcoming. 10/10 recommend!

Last night I got a 90 minute massage from Cat. I am usually a deep tissue, make it hurt kind of person because my pain is chronic with layers of deep knots and damage. Cat has changed me forever. No joke! I've been to PT, medical massage and expensive high end spas. Nothing helped like this did. And to top it off, this is the only place I've found where I can get a massage after work instead of having to take time off work.
It is so amazing to wake up today not in pain for the first time in months. I had gotten to a point I was having trouble functioning in my daily life. She greatly diminished the pain in one session and all without causing me an ounce of discomfort to get at those deep knots. She then showed me some stretches to help between massages. She is amazing! And the staff here is so very nice. The place is clean, comfortable and loved how warm the bed was when I climbed in. I cannot recommend highly enough and already scheduled more sessions.

Horrible and I do mean horrible customer service! I made an appointment at this location because there was no availability for my time request at the Preston location. I arrived for my appointment and was damn near yelled at by the manager because I was a past member at the Preston location and did not cancel my membership correctly! I felt like he was trying to prove a point by trying to chastise me about a freaking past membership in front of other customers! Are you serious? They expect you to walk in to cancel which is a huge inconvenience and slick way to drag the membership out. I had personal reasons as to why I couldn't continue massages and did not care to share. I was appalled at how the manager basically interrogated me as to why I chose this location and area instead of going to Preston! The nerve! He basically set up the membership AGAIN when I never signed anything to restart it. I was so upset and wanted to cancel that very moment but desperately needed a massage so I went through with the appointment. I paid for an "Elite" massage and it was a joke because there was nothing elite about it. The therapist forgot to do one part of my body and talked almost the entire time. My lower back was still hurting when I left and felt worse than before the massage. That was one of the worst experiences and I refuse to ever go back there!
