IF I COULD LEAVE A 10 STAR RATING, I WOULD! Ever since the new owners took over, my experience here has been exceptional. The masseuse are always ready when I arrive, the reception staff is very friendly and accommendating, and the facilities are clean and comfortable. I've been a member for over a year now. And I can definitely say it has made all the difference in my self care routine. If you're thinking about getting services here, don't think; just go and enjoy the professional and satisfying experience you deserve.

Elements Massage Massage and Facial session What can I say except I LOVE LOVE Elements Massage in Frisco. Everyone here is so nice and friendly. They recently added facials to the list and they have two certified aestheticians now. Work has kept me busy but I try and come at least once a month. I signed up for the monthly membership which I am glade I did. I had Cam this last session and he was great. Very professional and knows his stuff. The pressure he was using is exactly what I needed for my brick wall back. Did I mention the hot stones he was using to? Guys hot stones are game changer in my book. Most likely will be adding to every session now haha. I am still sore after 48 hours which is a good thing. That was only a 1 hour session. I did 90 min last time. They offer 2 hour sessions as well. Facial session After the massage cam gives you a robe and you move to the next room for your facial. Kaitlyn was the aesthetician on site that day. She is wonderful and makes you feel so relaxed. You walked in and she asked about your skin and what you are looking to have done and then gives you her recommendation treatment. I asked many questions and she was very knowledgeable with everything I asked. After that it began and it was just so relaxing and my face was a little irritated earlier that day but after the facial my face looked so refreshed after the hydration treatment. Can't wait for my next session. Products I bought for home use I bought these two products below and after a few days I love it. The lemon cream scrub feels refreshing on the skin and not dried out and tight. The exfoliant pads a great too. Just make sure to moisturize your face after using the pads. I have to give a shout out to the owners Nish and Cam of Element massage. They are the nicest couple and hard working. Shout out to all the front desk staff too. You are all amazing. Chardonnay was amazing!! I came in very sore and her massage helped so much. She had just the right amount of pressure and was able to stretch my neck which helped with the pain I was experiencing. I definitely recommend!!!

I had high hopes for this place, but unfortunately, I was treated terribly by Zane, the "manager". If this is how he shows his employees to treat customers, I don't want to have anything to do with this chain!!

My massage today was amazing, today I got the best massage I have ever had, and used the Himalayan Salt Stone. This place is overall amazing, and after a long day of work, and sore shoulders this is the place to go.

For several years now, I've been a twice-a-week massage therapy client of Elements Massage--Frisco. In those years, I've seen the quality of the environment, the quality of the therapists, and the quality of the overall experience elevate significantly. The fact that the current owners are themselves therapists adds greatly to their understanding of what makes for a great experience. My current therapist, Sherry, is THE BEST. Her knowledge of the human body and what relieves stress and what creates the type of restoration the body needs is exceptional. Added to this, her ability to work in partnership with her clients for an outstanding experience is second-to-none. I recommend her highly.

I just completed a drive of 700 miles in one day. You can imagine the body aches and pain that I had during the beginning of my time with Michael. Michael is truly a gifted, caring, and skilled massage professional. I could fill my body relax, knots dissipating as he worked. By the end of 90 minute session, I felt completely restored and renewed. I am grateful for Elements Massage, from the front desk associates to Michael the therapist.

I highly recommend Michael for a perfect massage. I visited Essentials while visiting Frisco, TX on a business trip. Michael is definitely in my top 3 of best massages I have ever received. I got a 2hr massage using the salt stones. It was INCREDIBLE! Michael used perfect pressure, in the beginning he spoke softly and put my mind at ease telling me to focus on specific relaxing atmospheres and the hot stones were continuously heated and used throughout the whole 2 hours. I get massages all the time and I can truly say Michael is one of the BEST! Make sure you ask for him when you set your appt. He is worth every $$$.

Discovering this hidden gem was a delightful surprise. The front staff was genuinely nice and provided helpful information, setting a welcoming tone. The massage room's subtle lighting and coziness created a perfect retreat, while Samantha, my therapist, was not only super nice but also incredibly calming. She pinpointed my knots and tightness, offering practical stretch suggestions for self-care. The overall experience, coupled with the friendly management, made signing up for a membership an easy decision. The affordable price for the area and one hour sealed the deal for me.

Today was my 1st visit & it was definitely a wonderful experience. Check in was great & the atmosphere in general was a good vibe.The team was professional from start to end!This was my first experience with Himalayan Rocks & it felt great! My massage therapist Calvin was great as well. It was a great experience & I have already booked for my next month!

Our Owners Nish & Cam do such a Great and Wonderful Job Caring for Everyone involved with their Spa. Not only their workers, but their Clients as well. They make sure everyone is comfortable and taken care of. I’m Happy to be apart of their Growing Business! Being able to bring Joy to them and this clinic is such an Honor! The best investment I made for myself in 2023.I'm a busy mother, wife and professional, and this team always takes the best care of me. Cam's sessions are top-notch and help me decompress.I always leave feeling rejuvenated and completely relaxed, and every session is better than the one prior.There is so much to love about this location:- Very clean facilities- Professional, friendly staff- Heated massage beds- Ambiance is very tranquil- Affordable membership rate (It started as a Groupon purchase, and I joined this summer)You will not regret coming here; they are the bar!

I booked a massage at Elements with my sister-in-law who is a member. We received a warm welcome when we arrived and the atmosphere was clean, welcoming and friendly. Words cannot express the quality of my massage with Cam! He was professional, attentive and my massage was top notch! I have been a licensed massage therapist for 20 years and finding a massage therapist up to my standard is not easy. I really like deep tissue and I was not disappointed. Cam is a wealth of information and his knowledge truly proved to me he not only has a passion for his profession, but a heart for helping people I highly recommend Elements Massage in Frisco-Stonebriar… you will not be disappointed!
