The best daycare for my pup! He likes it and is cared for and loved like at home. The gal at the desk is friendly and personable! Will be visiting often from Fort Worth. Roscoes home away from home while we visit in Frisco. Picture of Roscoe headed home worn out.

Super nice place! Friendly front desk staff. The groomers and people taking care of my dog did keep forgetting she was a girl though.

I think my dog had a good experience. The prices are 50-70% above most places for overnight stays $60 is heavy in an industry where $30-40 is the norm. Other than that they are very nice and took us on short notice.

Our family absolutely loves everything about Every Dogs! Our furry baby is always so excited to go and has the most fun there! We know he is safe and be cared for as if he were family! Thank you so much for putting our minds at peace with our love!

I would've given a 5+++, but grooming didn't work out this time.I love the facility and appreciate their services. They have cameras which are the best to keep an eye on your dogs. They take great care of the dogs and they are mindful of how to treat dogs, especially older ones. They even let me upgrade the suite after I dropped her off. This establishment is the best I've taken my dog to in 17 years. I have nothing bad to say of the care they provide. However, unfortunately, I don't feel like I got the grooming I paid for since deshedding was extra. Maybe I was too anxious to pick up my baby at 4pm after 2 days without her. I must have been rushing the groomer. Also, my beagle is 17 years old and has benign growths that make it a bit more difficult to brush. I guess I'm upset because I recently paid for my car to be detailed. I didn't expect no fur on the seats, but fur was actually floating in my car on the way home. I plan to try the deshedding again next time and hope for better results.

I’m a new Dog owner who used Every Dog’s Day Canine Resort and I was so impressed with the Building itself and the Quality Service that the staff provided me and My Snoop! We will Definitely be using this Facility again and Again….

Be wary of trusting your pet here, don't let your dog become another statistic!Also be wary of posting any negative reviews, you see how combative the owner is. Since this review I have been personally threatened via Facebook Messenger and now have safety concerns for me and my family. Good thing I'm already a concealed carry 2A enthusiast.

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR DOG HERE! We have done both daycare and boarding at this location. We have noticed every time my dog has a couple dried-up blood scratches on her face and legs! But ....I never said anything because I figured "They are dogs and playing a little rough!" However, this time it was quite a different case. When I picked her up Immediately, I noticed my dog had long scratches going down her back. Her face, eyes, and skin were extremely red. Furthermore, Roxy was panting as if they had not given her the proper amounts of water on this extremely hot day. Again, I left it alone because I knew it was hot and maybe she just finished playing with her friends. I am Continuously, giving them the benefit of the doubt!!!! I put her in the car and took her to a self-wash place not too far from this location because she smelled like urine!!!!!! As I was washing her, I noticed LARGE, raised contusions inside of her thighs. These contusions on her legs, which appeared not to be a scratch from a dog but from an object or leash burn!!!!! She also had dried blood scratches again at the top of her head. I immediately called to make them aware of the situation. (this was on Saturday). Unfortunately, they had already closed so I left them a very upsetting voice mail explaining my concerns. On Sunday, the facility closed so I wrote them two emails hoping they would get back to me on Monday. Monday morning came and no word from them so, I ended up calling Every dogs days canine resort & spa to confirm my voicemail and emails we received. The receptionist confirmed they did, however she told me the owner had an emergency and would get back to me tomorrow. Here we are one week later and still no word from them. To our understanding we thought dogs are screened for aggression and compatibility as they did with our puppy. Why isn't your staff watching what's going on when clearly there are cameras everywhere!!!! And do not come at me telling me just like you have done in all your other bad reviews because your facility is poorly run.The least you could do is call your customers or email to apologize, so that you can avoid reviews like these. Please see pictures I have posted for people reading this. Had I known before from someone else's reviews, that their dog died while under your care due to another customer's dog, I would have never given you, my business! I gave this facility a chance to contact me multiple times, but I had no choice but to leave this terrible review. I wish I could give zero stars but there is no option for that. Please do yourself the favor and go else where. Your staff, however, is friendly that's about it

I have been using this facility for both boarding and grooming for a while now. This review is for grooming. Three months ago, the groomer charged an extra $20 for my dog because it was a little anxious during grooming. So a dog groomer cannot handle an anxious dog? It’s like a civil engineer who cannot read engineering drawing. Since then they have charged me that additional amount with one or other excuse. In my latest experience, the groomer basically implied that we were lying when we said we comb our dog everyday. Not only that, she charged additional $44 for de-matting of the face of our dog (they shaved the rest of the body). That $44 is more than 50% of the total grooming cost just for the face. They haven’t trimmed the nails either. Needless to say, they have lost a sustained customer. I am sure they think one customer doesn’t matter. But if that’s the case then I am absolutely doing the right thing!!In reply to your rude reply below -I was never rude - Yes, I was angry because I felt cheated both the times. Never cursed at anyone - that is categorically false and bordering on libel. This shows your level of professionalism. Yes, I would never come back!!

I've been boarding my dogs, when needed, at Every Dog's Day, for over 10 yrs, and several dogs over those years. They always have an amazing time, and I know this most recently because my little dog cried when we left to go home after 5 nights there, she didn't want to leave. That's the best review I can give.

What a GREAT place for boarding and grooming. Ask for Bree to groom your dogs. We ALWAYS use them when we visit our daughter for a weekend. Highly recommended.
