While I've only been to EXOS twice, I am very impressed with the level of concern that Savannah demonstrated before my first PT visit and the care that her and others have shown during my PT sessions. I am beyond thankful for the gradual diminishing knee pain/swelling and increased mobility. And I'm very hopeful about gaining full mobility in the future. Highly recommend.

I worked with Shannon after I tore my ACL and meniscus, and she was absolutely amazing! After doing not sports specific physical therapy for about 5 months, I still did not trust my knee and could barely walk up and down steps correctly. With Shannon's help, I was able to make incredible and fast progress with my recovery. She is truly a wonderful physical therapist, and Exos as a whole is a great facility for sports specific physical therapy!

Shannon is a rockstar. I had surgery on my miniscus and I went from crutches back to normal in short order. The first few weeks were tough, but she helped me through it. For example, I was very uncomfortable at night, but Shannon knew the solution (massage the hamstring) each time and made it feel 100% better.I am expecting to need shoulder surgery soon, and I will be back to see her

I had a really bad knee injury and came to Exos to get my strength and agility back. As an athlete, I was super nervous and scared to be left with little to no muscle in my leg but Shannon Volkman did wonders at building back my muscle and my confidence!! She is genuinely one of the most kind, supportive, and encouraging people I have ever met. I am super busy but she was super flexible and good at communicating so I always felt like a priority. Not only did she give me incredible workouts, stretches, and exercises to do when I was with her; she gave me some to do at home and on my own and checked up on me and always answered any questions I had. I could not say enough good things about her!! Shannon Volkman is truly the best- both as a physical therapist and a supporter. I owe where I am today to her!! I am so grateful for her and would recommend everyone to go to Exos. The facilities were also extremely nice and I learned so much about general fitness just by working out there.

I had the opportunity to work with Shannon after this 2022 CFL Football Season to recover from an high ankle sprain. I was able to gain plenty of knowledge in regards to pre hab & mobility work to prevent reoccurring injuries. Overall the experience & treatment was 1st class & I recommend EXOS Frisco to anyone in the area & be sure to ask for Shannon.

Been coming here since September of 2022 and Shannon and the exos team has been amazing. Great hospitality starting from the front door to with the trainers a great great crew that there #1 goal is to get you better from any type of incident or accident they really know how to get you better and to your goal. I love it here cause they’ll really push cause that’s what a person needs in life but also staying within the boundaries. They always clean every week 10/10 and also service is great 10/10 and I’m from California to. No BS if yall want to get motivated and help out your body then this is the spot. Have a blessed day yall

This place is fantastic! I went to Exos after having my second rotator cuff repair and placed myself under the excellent care of Dr. Shannon Volkman. 7 months later I'm back chasing PR's at my Crossfit box. Did I mention I turned 65 in August?

I've been working with the amazing and knowledgeable physical therapists at Exos for the past 3 years for a variety of injuries: a torn labrum in my hip, a hamstring strain, and a shoulder overuse injury. After I was diagnosed with the torn labrum, the PTs got me nearly pain-free and able to complete a strenuous 3-day kettlebell certification within a few weeks. I was also able to delay surgery for 18 months, and when I finally went under the knife, they safely progressed me back to running much faster than I anticipated.I've received nothing but the best care here and enjoyed every session, even the tough ones! :) At 44 years old, they make me feel like an athlete again and always encourage me to work hard and push my limits (but safely!). I'm a personal trainer with 15 years of experience training clients (and 30+ years of personal lifting experience), and I still learn something new everyday. Everyone is so friendly and genuinely caring, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Exos to anyone needing to rehab an injury or recover from surgery.

Here I am advertising Exos in Hong Kong years ago. Bilateral shoulder surgery and a knee replacement kept me in PT for a significant time. Savannah Smith manages this facility and healed me. Every aspect of human performance is covered through Exos’ 4 pillars, mindset, nutrition, movement and recovery. All modalities such as cupping, dry needling and manual therapy are in play. The physical therapy here is second to none. I would highly recommend Exos to anyone who is recovering from an injury or is in post surgery PT.Even the interns are finishing their clinical rotations and are soon to be taking their national board exams to graduate with a doctorate in PT. Look no further. This is where you need to be.

Great, i have been training here for about a year and have had the best experience. Jordan,Zane, and Jimbo have been great. I have learned so much and i have became a way better athlete because of it.
