Manager was rude at the front desk. Bad mouthed me and said that she is just trying to help me. She wasn’t listening to the girl that was trying to do my return and exchange. They should train their employees better. This is the second time that I was there and it took twenty minutes to do a return and exchange with the sales associate. To top it off the blazer I got and paid full price for was on the sale rack- only one and she told me it’s not on sale when the sales associate said it was 50 percent off. Will definitely go to another express in the area.

That was a terrible customer service I ever seen, very rude! O my god! I was trying to exchange something with recipe! I bought them 4 days ago! Today is July 4th! She didn’t want to help at all! She was talking very bad in front of the other customers! Her name is Marta and she told me she’s the manager! I had bad experience with express before but this one was worse! I don’t know why they hired her as a manager! She was trying to scared me also! I shop a lot of places ! I never seen something like that before!

Wish i could give minus 100 stars. I’ve never had such a rude experience at a store like I did at Express. I purchased a T-shirt, left it in my car trunk while I was out of town, and returned the very next day I got back—well within the return window and in perfect condition. Yet, the staff told me the T-shirt “stinks,” which is simply untrue. It was never worn and had just been sitting in my car. Their attitude was shockingly unprofessional, with no willingness to listen or understand.
I’m genuinely disappointed by how disrespectful and dismissive the employees were. If this is how customers are treated, I honestly don’t feel comfortable shopping at Express again. They need serious training in basic courtesy and professionalism.

Had a great experience at the Express store in Stonebriar Mall! I was helped by a team member named Ash, and she was fantastic—super attentive, patient, and genuinely helpful. She made great suggestions, checked in without being pushy, and made the whole shopping trip feel easy and enjoyable.
It’s rare to find someone who really seems to care about helping you find what works, and Ash definitely did. Because of her, I’ll absolutely be coming back the next time I need to refresh my wardrobe. Thanks, Ash!

I had a great shopping experience at Express Men today! Martha was amazing—she was super helpful, knowledgeable, and made sure I found exactly what I needed. Her friendly attitude and great recommendations made the whole experience even better. The store had a fantastic selection of stylish clothing, and the checkout process was smooth. I went to Express, only to find the doors closed. I counted five employees inside, so I called out and said “excuse me.” They looked back at me, but didn’t move—just stared. I asked, “Can you come over here please?” One employee started walking toward the entrance, and my husband asked, “Are y’all closing?” because we’ve heard about Express stores closing down. The employee then just waved her hand toward the closed doors, almost as if we were being ridiculous.
Lady, we can tell the store is closed! What we were trying to ask is if you’re going out of business! Instead, we got the response that the store would reopen on December 6th. We are new to the area, so we wouldn’t know if the store has been closed or anything.
I’m honestly baffled. How is a store closed during the busy Black Friday weekend, with no sign outside to inform customers that you're closed until December 6th? A little communication would go a long way, especially when people are clearly trying to shop. Just because the store is technically closed doesn’t mean you stop representing the company. You’re still on the clock, still getting paid, and still have a responsibility to be helpful and courteous to customers who might be confused or disappointed.
I hope Express takes this into account and improves both customer communication and service moving forward.
