I recently switched from my previous insurance agency and it also had an agent model. I just ended up submitting something not expecting much for State Farm and actually was just about to try and switch to an agent closer to me but after I spoke with Ruby Kaur, I couldn't. Ruby patiently walked me through quotes and when I needed changes she was patient, and communicated the change in price as we were going. I am really happy with the choice as I saved on both my homeowners and car insurance. I am really happy I stayed because Ruby is the absolute best. If I have a question she is quick to answer and was super helpful in getting everything switched over.
