Dr. Rogers and the team are some of the most incredible people!!! Dr. Rogers is so knowledgeable about my bunnies and takes great care of them so well when we go in. She’s performed all their surgeries and the only one who sees them.

These folks are yours and your pets best allies. The team works together for friendly, efficient service with a dose of “ I too, love that family member of yours that wags her tail in my presence.”

I trusted this vet for years until a routine sedation and grooming of my dog they admitted to giving him more sedation when he started walking up even after they said he was foaming at the mouth. We picked him up they assured us he was fine. Not even 24 hours later he started bleeding out of his mouth. We immediately called vets he then suddenly went limp and passed away. He was a healthy 5 year old. They were notified after we tried rushing him to a closer vet. Who had taken possession of him. Family friends said we will do am autopsy. Really we have to go pick him back up to take him to get autopsy. No we assumed that is was clear that it was directly related to the sedation. They of course refused any liability. Nor any follow up with us. Except some generic card they send to every pet parent after they pass away. Our dog would still be here today I'd it wasn't for them. Shame on you. And you have lost our business and trust. They only care about money .

Great vets office. They are very flexible and try to get you an appointment ASAP. They have always handled my pets with care.

Honestly I never write one star reviews but the experience here compelled me to do this. We had a great first wellness and vaccination visit with our 10 weeks old GSD with Dr. Rogers and her assistant.
However when we booked and went in for 2nd time with a simple puppy diarrhea it was a disaster. The Vet assistant we got was a new trainee (i assume, not sure) and pretty much didnt know half of the things. She didnt take weight , kept pulling hard my puppy's leash to listen to heart , struggled with taking temparature, didnt have a pen even to write - she finally called for help for another person.
Our appointment was at 11.10 - Dr. Rogers came to our exam room agonisingly 45 minutes late !! and exactly stayed for a minute. she said 'we are very busy today - i will come back'. Well she never came back , her assistant came back with pills and charged $132 !!.They don't have respect for others people's time and money.
No one from the clinic even called or followed up in few days to check how is the puppy doing with those medicines.
Frisco has plenty of great vet clinics - we cancelled out next appointment and will go elsewhere.

I hate writing bad reviews but if u have a pet u need to know what they do:
1. i've been there 5+ times and yet they still couldn't diagnose my cat, when i went to the ER they found out what was wrong with him in one appointment, and gave me medicine to prevent his illness. ALSO dr. rogers had me keep him on a specific medicine for a while, when i took him to the ER they explained how he shouldn't have been on that medicine for that long, and told me that i should change my vet if she doesn't know that. i wish i listened to them sooner.
2. i asked dr. rogers to give me other food recommendations other than hills, purina, or royal canin. my cat refuses to eat it and i wanted to look at other options. instead of going through it with me she gave me an article of the EXACT opposite that i asked, further more she had mad attitude. maybe she had a bad day that's fine, but after i tried to ask more questions she got more "annoyed". You were busy that's fine but check your attitude.
3. and as a cherry on top, they charged me for a urinalysis ($78 i believe) and DIDN'T EVEN DO IT. i went back and asked for a refund because they charged me for 2 things that they didn't even do. I tried to stay collected but i tried asking dr rogers a question and she full on ignored me (after making eye contact so i know damn well she heard me). and then said doctor was sitting there gossiping with another client. Call me Karen idc, if anyone who reads this is still debating to go please save your time, money and pet from this vet.
If i can't convince you not to go here idk what will, they were disrespectful, passive, and only cared for money. I would never go back and neither should you, like finding a new vet that has some competence and patient isn't hard, but dr rogers definitely not any of those. shout out to the girl at the front desk tho she was understanding and patient.

Dr. Rodgers is the best veterinarian I’ve ever had. She saved my ferret’s life, and took care of both my ferrets until they passed. She is also wonderful to my two dogs, always takes her time listening to my concerns and answering my questions, provides relevant articles for me to read, and always has excellent recommendations for other specialists.

Veterinarian Roger's is a super awesome lady, and she takes good care of my new puppy. I brought him for h8s core shots, and she sits on the ground with him and eases him into it, and I think that's so caring of her. Great place and friendly staff.

Dr. Roger's isn't the cheapest, but she knows how to take care of and value my babies. She has for over a decade. To give a sense, I had to have her blessing before adopting my last one. Not for health. Just from her. She's that good.

Very kind staff and knowledgeable vet! I'm glad we stumbled upon them for our Holland lops care :) Felt really comfortable with the info provided and given different options for if our little guy needed surgery. Glad they're close to home too!
