I was unprepared to drop off my package (untaped box, label not affixed) and the employee behind the counter handled absolutely everything. I made the mistake of not remembering her name tag but she made my day. Super professional and kind. She was there at approximately 12:45pm today (11/29). FedEx do whatever you can to keep her!

Very inefficient and understaffed, do not stop here unless you enjoy waiting in line, find somewhere else to go, poor lady being over worked and customers are waiting for atleast half hour each
