I want to sincerely thank Isaac for going above and beyond during my visit. I was struggling to bring in a heavy 35-pound package into the store with a back injury, hobbling my way through the parking lot in the middle of a hot July day. Before I could even make it to the door, Isaac saw me and immediately came outside to help. He picked up the package, carried it inside for me, and made sure it got checked in and sent out without me having to lift a thing.
He took initiative without being asked and showed real care and kindness — something you don’t always see these days. It made a huge difference and I truly appreciated it. Thank you again, Isaac. You made my day a lot easier! FedEx is lucky to have you. 👏

I frequently visit this FedEx location for business shipping and it is BY FAR one of the top locations I've been to. The long time employees are kind and helpful, even in the chaos of busy times.

Chris and Ola were efficient and detailed. They packaged up my shipment carefully. It was the best fed ex experience I’ve had, the store was very nice as well.

Had to return an online order package and it was super easy. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The store is clean and organized. The restroom is well maintained.

Fedex is already horrible then you have to go to this place cause you have no other choice and they have no idea how to even find the right size box. Told that my PC need to be shipped flat on its back but then was shipped flat on the front when the door of the PC can open and guess what? My PC CPU fan was shipped in pieces. In general you should never use FedEx but if you have to never EVER use this store. They hire people who know nothing about packaging with care or even how to listen to directions.
