I’ve had good experiences here in the past, but my recent visit was frustrating. The employee I dealt with, Gregory, seemed unwilling to help. He gave unclear responses, got my shipping info wrong, and walked away without labeling the package that I had to get help from another employee to complete the process.

Went to FedEx to scan some important time sensitive docs. I was inside the store around 730 and had difficulty printing up my forms on their computers. I had my last document ready to scan and send out when the assistant manager told me it was 803p and the store is closed. I mentioned to him its really important and begged him to let me scan the last file. He said no and kicked me out of the store. Really disappointed that they didnt let me complete my scan. I had to drive another 20 minutes to make it to Staples and they were happy to help me even though it was close to closing. I wont be going back to this location.

⭐ 1 Star — Treated Like a Problem, Not a Customer
Stopped by the FedEx Office at 5062 Main St with a super simple print request: five total pages, four of which were just regular 8.5x11 paper. Quick in-and-out job—or so I thought.
Instead, I was met with a rude and dismissive attitude. The staff member flatly refused to help and told me, “people like you need to plan ahead and send projects in beforehand.” Seriously? PEOPLE LIKE ME? For walking in with five pages to print?
It felt like I was bothering them by existing. No willingness to help, no alternative offered—just a hard no, as if I'd shown up with a 500-page thesis on Christmas Eve.
So I drove three miles down to the Stonebriar FedEx Office, where—get this—they completed the exact same job without hesitation and welcomed me like I was an honored guest. Total night-and-day experience. The woman at Stonebriar couldn’t have been kinder or more professional.
If you're considering the Main St location: don't. Unless your idea of customer service is being shamed for showing up.
Stonebriar FedEx Office has my business from now on.

Smooth and easy process. They're super helpful and friendly. Got my return dropped off here, got my label printed out for free if compared to UPS which charged me 2.44$ a day before just for a label printing. They even help taping my package more secure due to me taping it with duct tape. 5 stars for sure!!!

Wow, what happened to this store? I used to use this FedEx all the time for printing and other small jobs. Went in there today for the passport renewal tracking service that FedEx advertises on their website. The guy at the counter just threw up a bunch of roadblocks one after another. Can't be a PO address, we don't have a way to process a renewal here, can't print out the form here, and oh by the way, the camera doesn't work. No apology, just ...ugh.

Disappointing Experience at This FedEx Location
While some team members at this FedEx location are courteous and helpful, my recent experience with one long-time employee—an older white gentleman—was extremely disappointing. I visited to send an international package for over $100. When confirming my last name, he asked multiple times and still managed to spell it incorrectly. I politely requested the correction, but instead of resolving it professionally, he became noticeably rude and dismissive, as if helping me was a burden.
My mother was with me and witnessed the unnecessary attitude and lack of basic customer service. I speak clearly and respectfully—there was no need for the condescending behavior. If there are hearing challenges or communication issues, they should be addressed professionally, not taken out on paying customers.
It’s concerning to encounter this kind of treatment, especially when it feels rooted in bias or a lack of respect for diverse customers. FedEx needs to do better in training and holding employees accountable. If this is the level of service provided, customers will eventually take their business elsewhere.

On November 4, I went to FedEx Frisco on Main Street and dropped off a package during lunch 12:05 pm, the FedEx employee gave me a receipt, days later I noticed I wasn’t getting no notifications so I checked my receipt and the receipt belonged to another customer! I TRUSTED FEXED TO SHIP MY PACKAGE! My package was never sent, Tracking status- label created only! The FedEx employee stole my package! No one at FedEx wants to help even the claims dept!!! IM JUST SHOCKED AND DISSPOINTED!
