Cece in the bedding department is outstanding! She is energetic knowledgeable and informative. She is the reason we opened a Macy's account and bought a beautiful duvet cover.

CS on the 2nd floor is slow! The women are often snarky, rude. No need to say ma'am 10 times in 30 seconds, with snarky attitudes! Dont even say ma'am - just thanks. Many customers have NO clue how to return - then take 2 minutes to get their wallet oor other info out. One gal brought something back with no tags. CS warned her they cant accept it next time. Luggage - 2 female associates acted annoyed to be asked the price of a piece. Luggage had no price tags! She said there is a self scanner - but I dont have 30 min. to look for it. Lazy bad attitudes here.

worst employees I have seen in store. super rude and never care about the reputation of their corporate especially the lady who is claimed she is the store manager today Friday 2/13/2022 at around 5 pm.The bad quality of their shoes and bad treatment with the customer makes me add this comment.

I went to Macy on 12/26 at 6:30pm. The employee, Erika, was in charge of the Lancôme area. I showed her a Lancome promotion 20% off from the Macy's website. She said: "Where is it? Is it from Macy's website? Let me check." DID NOT Erika know about the promotion that was under her duty? I checked online, and Macy could give me a gift if I buy over $100. I asked Erika. Then, she replied that she did NOT have a gift there. I asked her to send me a gift if she did not them in the store. She told me if I want a gift, go online. Is the online Macy and the store Macy different? This is NOT the first time that I had a bad experience with exactly Macy at this location. I don't want to shop at Macy anymore. Nordstrom offers better customer service.

Horrible experience today at the jewelry department, the lady that "assisted" me was extremely condescending. Went there to look for a Christmas gift for my mom, I was in the mind set "if I like it I'll buy it "... she keep insisting on wanting to know what my budget was, she wouldn't stop until I said an amount, after I said the amount she directed me to the fantasy jewelry that's in the middle of the isles. I was ready to spend whatever amount it cost whatever I liked. Price was not an issue. After I told her that those items were not what I was looking for she then proceeded to tell me about the sterling silver jewelry on the other side of the counter, as she walked away I followed her and she didn't realize I was behind her when she approached another coworker and started to make fun of me, to her luck the coworker made it even more obvious when she looked at me and started laughing. I got very upset and walked away after she asked if I still wanted to see the jewelry. I said no and walked away to complain at another salesperson, expressing how rude and lack of costumer service his coworker had by making fun of what I wanted to buy. Needless to say I went to Nordstrom and end up buying something nicer to my mom.

ordered few items online and it showed it was delivered and there was nothing on my mailbox, so I called them and asked for a reshippment and requested a signature upon deliverey,again the items showed delivered and there was nothing on the mailbox. I asked for a refund the denied due to excessive claims and banned my account for further purchases. This is how they do business steal your money and shut you up.

Time wasting, slow, CS in the store - upper level/bedding. The older female, Nancy - conveniently leaves or on her cell too many mintes - as you wait & wait. Twice this happened. She looks at you, then leaves. No respect for her job or customer. Retail "clerk" passive agressive rude. Complained. Macy's still hires bad.

Employees are incompetent and lazy. Had 10 thing in my hand and the lady at the counter sat on her phone rather than helping me check out. Macy's is doomed for disaster. Company hires incompetent people.

I called to ask about furniture... second time someone answered and gave me another number to call... I wrote it down and repeated for verification. When I called a gentleman answered and said it was the Irving 911 department. I'm not convinced it actually was but clearly lots of shenanigans that I don't have time for.
