I made an appt earlier for tomorrow at 3 that I need to reschedule but conveniently now that I have an appt no one will talk to me. They place me on holds that lasts well over 15 mins and I end up having to disconnect the call. Will delete the review if I get a call back

Service has gone way down hill. Tried to upcharge on services that have never been charged before. After 25 years of being a loyal customer, I am done with Firestone and that location.

Brought my car a few months Ago check on loose steering I asked for them to an alignment to see if it fixes the problem the clerk recommended a diagnose after a few hours I got call saying I need to part that on back order with no eta. I went to local mechanic in Aubrey the test drove it came back and said I need new tires my problem were fixed. Firestone you are a tire shop you couldn't figure it out ?

I definitely wouldn’t recommend this store. Even with an appointment, they take an unbelievably long time to get anything done, and the excuses they come up with are completely ridiculous and make no sense at all.

I had to change my rating from 5 to 2. Today (12/21), my appointment for an alignment check was scheduled for 11:00 AM. As of 12:10 PM, my car is still sitting in the parking lot and has not been taken in yet.
In the past, the front office staff (I believe her name is Kannie) has been very attentive. However, today there is a new staff member who did not check on the status or provide any updates until I followed up myself. I was then told to expect another tentative wait of 30–40 minutes.
The lack of proactive communication and the extended wait time, despite having an appointment, was disappointing.

Great service. I had a flat tire, and the dealership told me it was an irreparable puncture and that I needed to replace the tire. At Firestone, they inspected it and encouraged me by saying they would give it a try. If it didn’t work out, they said they would provide a quote for replacement tires.”

I made a call that morning to discuss my concerns with my vehicle. The car would not start if it was sitting for 24 hrs or more. I would always go to another Firestone near this one but I always felt that they were not trustworthy and it seems as if they were trying to take advantage of me. The Frisco location was able to download my previous visits from another Firestone. The employee was very helpful and he discussed possible issues with my vehicle. He seemed very honest and very knowledgable about what may be going in with my car. When I arrived a few hours later. Another employee was available and assisted me and they were able to get me taken care of the same day and in a timely manner. This will be my new Firestone moving forward. Thanks for the great customer service.

I came to Firestone this morning to get my alignment done. From the start, Adriana was very friendly and professional. She explained the process and how long it would take to complete the alignment. They checked my vehicle and provided honest feedback about the adjustments needed. Thank you — I will definitely come back and recommend this location to my family and friends.

Had appointment at 1:00PM and was there by that time. Car was unattended until 3:10 PM and came back. Not sure why they make appointments available when they cant make it.
more than hospital wait times these guys have. Not at all worth
