I regret stopping at Firestone for a tire issue. It was a mile closer than Discount while I was driving on a tire that was losing air. Next time, I will risk it! After 3.5 hours and a rude Mgr just to plug a tire, there will not be any other Firestone stops in my future!

Horrible customer service!! Sales associate Brice was getting dressed behind the counter at 9:05. Complaining about how they were booked for hours. Because the new store manager is on a “kick” to book Sunday appointments. And further more stated that is easy for the manager do dump everything on them, because managers don’t have to work Sundays. Also try to sell me service that I had done a month ago. And tried to charge me for a new TPMs sensor that was replaced here in February. He could not explain why my truck was not ready. Even after it was left overnight. When i returned at 10:05 to pay, he had to go to the back office to get the cash drawer. This is absolutely horrible customer service !!’

every Firestone we have dealt with has been very satisfactory and this store was exceptional. We now live where there isn't a Firestone close by but will continue to go there for some service and have our daughter going to your location in Huntsville, AL as well.

We are visiting from out of town for the weekend, Saturday afternoon the low air alarm came on, this place was really busy and backed up! They were able to air up our tire and let us come back a few hours later to repair it, so we wasn’t without a vehicle. Very friendly and accommodating! Highly recommend

I’ve never written a review in my life but this time I had to.
I had a confirmed appointment at 1pm today after my previous appointment last Saturday was cancelled 30mins before my time because “they were backed up”.
I just need 2 tires to be installed! I Arrived at 12:30pm the adviser took the car and said maximum 3pm will be ready. Walked back home 2miles from the center. Called them at 2:50pm to make sure it’s ready. The guy stated the machine has been down and not sure will be ready at all. No apologies nothing. Walked back to pick up the car in a 95 degrees heat. The adviser has no idea what’s going on and he didn’t bother to find out he just handed me the key and that was it. Again no apologies!? Never again!

Hide prices and when you claim warranty, they will come with other extra charges. Not reliable at all.

When I walked into the store on Friday afternoon, I was not greeted at all. When I came back for my appointment on Sunday, I was told that "his colleagues scheduled three people for one o'clock." It took three hours for me to get a tire patch. People that came in after I did left over an hour before I did.

I'm so grateful for the hard-working, friendly, and efficient staff at Firestone. I brought my car in for drop off without an appointment and they took it without issue. I waited in the lobby for a couple hours, and the staff were kind and thoughtful to checkin on me. Veronica called to tell me the results of the vehicle check, and was very clear about the recommendations and their pricing, and which were the most important. One of the services my car needed required a part that was one day out, but one of the techs went out to get the part, so they were able to complete the service by the end of the day instead of keeping it overnight. I'm so thankful for their willingness to get the job done in just one day. The most important thing to me is honesty and trustworthiness, and I constantly experience both at Firestone. That's why I keep going back. Thanks Firestone!

On 5/4/24 I requested an appointment on 5/4/24 at Firestone on Main St. I recd a confirmation email for 5/5/24 2PM for a tire rotation. When I arrived at 120PM there was a lady in front of me who needed some tires. I overheard the guy at the front desk say I can take care of you. Here is 50% off and your car will be ready in 2 hours. She clearly didn’t have an appointment. When it was my turn I explained I had a 2pm appointment for today. He said “Damn last appointment for the day It will be $22.80. I said I have never paid for a tire rotation and Ive been using firestone for years and bought all my tires from Firestone and have the warranty. He said he cant locate me in the system and I should go to Prosper or Preston location. He said “we can do it here but we don’t have Tesla techs like Prosper. We can lift your car on jacks. It wont go on the lift”. I said Ive never heard this before, it is a tire rotation. He said he couldn’t locate me in the system. I then said if you knew I had a Tesla why was the appointment confirmed. He told me to hold on. He went to a back room 2 minutes later the guy said he can take my car and they will try and get it done as we don’t have any tesla techs here. Come back at 5. I said no I will go elsewhere.
I didn’t like the behavior of the front desk guy. Ive been using Firestone at Preston and Prosper on 380 for years and never had an issue till today. I only went to the main street location today since my son had a class close by but I will never go back here again. I will follow up with Prosper and get the tire rotation done. The guy today could take care of a lady without an appointment but me, he tried to run me off to Prosper and then when I said no, he said he doesn’t have a Tesla tech but he will try and get the work done. This made me furious and I am disgusted by this guy today at 2665 main St Frisco TX

I stopped in 5:45 p.m. it says they close at 7:00 p.m. I walk in I say my car is making a weird noise, I hoped to get it looked at. Her response....
"Look around, do you see anybody here? I'm the only one here except for the tire guy out there, all the techs go home by 5:00. "

Worst behavior, won’t work on time and won’t even update
Drop the vehicle and give them a call
Anytime the answer is “next in line will get in there next 15mins ”
But they won’t

When you are treated with the upmost respect and given exceptional customer service, which is very rare these days, you want that person rewarded. Tai was amazing, he greeted us with a smile and genuinely wanted to provide us the best service possible, and he did. Firestone is so very lucky to have a manager that puts the customer 1st. I don't say this lightly, but I would recommend your company to my family, neighborhood and friends in a heart beat just because of how he treated us.
