Let me start by saying 10-15 years ago I truly enjoyed the staff and fully trusted their recommendations at this location. The last 2-4 years though have been a disaster. Poor service times, lots of personnel turnover or shortage of personnel even to the point they didn’t open one normal day because they had no mechanics to work. I’ve finally reached the point where I have had enough. This visit, I scheduled an appointment for Saturday on the Wednesday before. All I needed was 4 new tires and some basic alignment checks. When I dropped it off 15 mins before my scheduled time of 9am they said they had 1 technician and 1 car ahead of me. At 12:30 I called to check on it because they originally told me it would be a couple hours. At that point they told me it would be another 2-4 hours because there was another car in front of me yet they had all of their technicians on shift for the first time in weeks. I feel the quality of work was sufficient but I’m tired of the service lacking and the time to complete work taking so long. The time before this I left a car for an oil change, dropped it off in the morning and said I didn’t need it till closing that day. They called at 5:30 saying they wouldn’t be done before closing and that it would be at least midday the next day before it would be done. I am a card member so I prefer Firestone but I won’t be using this location again unless there are big changes.

Avoid this place! Made a reservation and showed up on time to be told that all mechanics left for the day! No notification of any means from the location. They couldnt even accomodate the next day and their reason was they are all booked out which is not my problem since you couldnt honor your part! The least thing u guys could do was get me in the next day!Horrendous customer service! Find another location

Ive been here twice in the last 5 months. Once for new tires on my van. They didn't balance them, and I had to come back after feeling vibrations at high speed. This is 101 for new tires, in case your wondering. I also got my vehicle back about 6 hours after I was told I was going to.
Today I went in for Texas sticker renewal, and their OBD tool couldn't read my cars computer. A first! Of course, they charged me. I went straight to the dealership who had no issue whatsoever connecting to my OBD port. Not only did Firestone not connect, but they are using a wireless module that is clearly missing plastic around the housing.
I called for a refund, do you think they gave me one? Nope. So I called corporate and I am waiting for a area manager to call me back, because this store doesn't have one!!!
Lastly, I heard an employee tell a customer today that scheduling an appointment doesnt matter because they dont have enough techs.
Save your time. Save your money. Go elsewhere.

FIX YOUR BROKEN APPOINTMENT SYSTEM. I booked an appointment online. When I showed up at my time, they told me the store had never received the booking and they couldn't help me that day. They said this is a known issue... So do something about it

I normally go to this dealer and have them do the alignment and oil change while I wait. I needed to drop the car off and then go back to pick it up 3 hrs later. It was better when I could bring car in at appointment time and get the work done in about 1 hour.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I made an appointment over two weeks ago to bring my car in for an oil change. I go at my appointment time and they tell me that they will have to keep my car overnight when I asked why they didn’t let me know that earlier they said well little jobs became big jobs, and now we’re backed up, that doesn’t seem like very good customer service nor does the issue of them getting backed up seem to be a problem that should result in me having to leave my car overnight I will never go back

We broke down at Walmart. Having to get a tow truck we decided to go to the location on Preston in Frisco since it was closest. When we dropped the car off Saturday at 3:30ish the gentlemen said they could get to it by Monday. Ok sounds good. On Monday they said they need to order the radiator hose and it would be ready Tuesday. On Tuesday we called and they said the wrong part came in and they had to order the right one. Side note we have already had one radiator hose replaced by Firestone so how did they not already know what part order. They said it wouldn't be delivered till later that evening and the car would be ready Wednesday. Well Wednesday rolls around and we call, the master tech was out sick so no one could do the work but him. And the car would be ready on Thursday as long as the tech didn't call in and he isn't scheduled till 10am so we won't know till almost lunch time. Well here it is Thursday evening and the car still isn't finished. Tech was out again. I understand someone being out sick/emergency but how do you not have anyone covering the work for that person. They don't offer loaner cars either so we are stuck with one car and having to juggle my job and my husband's job. Topping on the cake, one person told my husband that the tech was out till Wednesday when he called on Monday but when I called later that day they told me we were waiting on the part. So if the tech was out till Wednesday then why did they tell me originally, it would be done Monday? And why the inconsistent explanations. I would have had the car towed to a different Firestone had I known they didn't have the staff to cover it. I will be taking my car to the Aubrey location from here on out, no matter the distance.

Joseph and Tay were awesome! Took care of me and gave me an awesome price and handled in great time! They really have awesome customer service and take pride in their work! I'm glad I came in!
