I just have to say I was in a rush a today, I was at work and went on break I only had 30 min. The sweet lady inside was helping me trying to get my money back I explained that my lights had been cut off and it was like that for 4 days( she so kindly asked me I needed help, said that she would help me said no one should go through that ) she was so sweet and very Efficient, she explained everything very thoroughly to me and is helping me get my money back, I just hate that I forgot her name( a young lady with black hair )

Terrible customer service. On hold with dispute resolution dept for 1.5 hour and just got transferred and put on hold again. I have been with this bank for over 10 years but as soon as my dispute case is resolved I will be leaving them immediately.

Can't stand these people anymore. Used to be good, but they look for EVERY CHANCE to overdraft and charge you!!! And then charge you AGAIN for being overdrafted. Then held my large deposit for 14 days. Just horrible customer service.

They close 30 minutes before 6. They should change their hours on their website because its not the first time thats happened or close when they are supposed to.

Easy to make a deposit for an account holder, even though I'm not one...NO HASSLE, etc.
