They close 30 minutes before 6. They should change their hours on their website because its not the first time thats happened or close when they are supposed to.

Can't stand these people anymore. Used to be good, but they look for EVERY CHANCE to overdraft and charge you!!! And then charge you AGAIN for being overdrafted. Then held my large deposit for 14 days. Just horrible customer service.

I’ve been with this bank for about 10 years. The customer service USED to be great. HOWEVER, I am now looking into closing my account and going with another bank. I have been charged a $34 fee FOUR times. I understand once scheduling too many payments to be withdrawn but it was charged 4 times!!! I was told to call customer service which I did and after being on hold for 45 mins. I finally spoke to someone who said “I understand your frustration” but said she couldn’t do anything to help me and that I need to contact the merchant.... what customer service agent can’t help you when it’s “their” charge and “their” mistake? After 45 mins. I received no help and a BIG waste of time!!!! I will be closing my account. They can tell that I haven’t had this fee before and still weren’t nice or willing to help me out! IF YOU’RE LOOKING TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND JUST DON’T! So sad....
