Worked with Floors 4 Less a few years back on a project and all went well. Not sure if ownership has changed. Note: this is my 1st bad review. But, it's deserved. I have a 1-room project in need of wood floors. I have reached out to F4L 4 times with details and inquiries re: sourcing of the floors I need, and have received 0 return comms. No follow-up. No authentic interest. I guess my project just isn't worth the time. There are other options...go there instead.

Sharif and his team have been amazing right from the get go. From the initial stop at the store, to picking up samples to, the final installation it has been one of the best experience. Sharif always responds to text messages be it any time of the day and his installers were super diligent and dedicated and got our new flooring done in about 3.5 days. They even put things back very carefully (expensive marble) once the install was done. I strongly recommend floors 4 less for your next purchase.

Went into floors 4 less with nothing but a plank of wood. I’d been to two other of the big flooring stores and they couldn’t match it or even really cared to match it. Floors 4 less found two types of woods that matched them and to make it even better gave me a great deal on the wood and installation. Their crew was always on time and super professional. If you’re thinking about putting a new floor into your home I 100% recommend floors 4 less.

I would definitely hire them again. The contractor I spoke to was a man named Mo. I don’t know if their location was based in McKinney, Frisco or Rockwall. Mo was easy to communicate with, responsive and prompt. He used the type of laminate I wanted, and that was a big plus, because some contractors will only work with certain brands and suppliers. I had trouble about that before. I needed a type of Pergo to get as close a match as possible to existing laminate, and Mo had no problem contacting a vendor for that. The work was completed in one day. He sent photos. The area was left clean and neat. I wholeheartedly recommend Mo with Floors 4 Less!

Everyone was very professional and their workmanship was exemplary. They were there when scheduled, worked long hours and cleaned up the job everyday before they left. Their labor was top class and very fairly priced for the quality of the work they produced. I would highly recommend them and would use them on all my projects.

Shawn was amazing! We were moving from out of state, and the seller for our house was not being very cooperative with allowing Shawn to come for measurements. Thankfully everything worked out, but during that whole time, Shawn was very flexible and understanding! We also love the carpet and their installation work! Will be returning to Shawn for future jobs as well~

COVID 2021 installation (got a bit weird with the TX power outage too)…FFL was GREAT ?…Their installers did what they were supposed to do and then some—I even tipped them ? …fast forward to 2022 and we have 2 bedrooms and master closet carpet that already need to be stretched—I call/leave message and email/no response …our previous 25+ year old dingy, builder grade carpet was flat/never had to be stretchedI understand how it’s hard to keep up but this was an easy fix—Pete on KRLD was the reason I used FFL***UPDATE—well, we all know how busy places can get but nothing changed—Shawn called me months ago and I let him know what days work/made it easy for him to stop by but he never made it/ funny thing is that I still want to use them for some kitchen tile work as their installer did a great job with our fireplace stacked stone and luxury vinyl plank…carpet installers-not so much as it still needs to be stretched//do I call Pete on KRLD for an assist?

Customer service absolutely horrible!!! From Shawn (store Mgr) to the workers! Flooring guys went through my daughters bedroom window and left open without telling me. Although, I was home the entire time. Workers asked if could stay late (this was 7pm, I’m thinking about perhaps an hour or two. Ended up till 11pm). When told they need to go home and return next day; they told me they had another job).. they should’ve completed this job before starting a new one. Painters doing baseboards never showed up on time 3 different occasions. Shawn very much disrespectful! I had to call Sharif (owner) for everything! The flooring/ carpet ok though. Custer service horrible!!! Not professional. Although, Owner seemed concerned and listened. Although, not reliable or dependable.

Three years ago I have my floor installed by Mr.Sharif,the owner nice guy ,now I am coming back for more ,talks with Jill Cruise, very professional she even work with my budgets and Walter, Jose ..very professional installation team ,very nice job happy to recommend to all my friends thank you guys great team at Rockwall.

Return customer. First time I went with engineered hardwood and was very satisfied with the quality of the product, the price and the exceptional installation! Second time in a new custom home I went with the luxury vinyl and couldn’t be happier! Guy and Jill made the experience pleasurable and the installation was perfection.
