Shocked by the reviews that experienced bad customer service. Everyone was very helpful to multiple parties that were in the store while i was there. PJ is who serviced me and he was very knowledgeable and helpful

Zero ratings to the manager / store person ( on March 02nd ) who was signaling his team member to deny when asked for available sizes. It’s because you want to close your store 15 minutes early does not mean you can deny customer service with false information, pity on you if you’re reading this.

My son loves this location and is always able to find the shoes he is looking for. Remember, if you find something, go ahead and have them hold them till you return. We have explored the remainder of the mall in hopes of a better deal but never pans out. We'll continue to shop and buy from this location.

I am very disappointed with this store. Several of the employees really need an attitude adjustment. I felt like we were inconveniencing one of the female employees by asking her for a different size shoe. Didn't see a lot of smiles and got a very negative vibe.
