The employees in the store are so unprofessional. The girl "helping" me was just talking more with her coworkers and it was difficult to get her attention at times. At the cash register we paid cash and the worker ask if we still wanted $3 back since she didn't have it in the till. Like hello? Yes we want the $3. I get it if it was coins.

Amazing location at the mall the workers are always busy talking about their own stuff and I didn’t get greeted when I was walking in like other shoe stores like champs but overall I give it a four because the staff was nice and one more thing that I got hat that said it was $25 but they charge me$35 for it and I was like why did they charge me for it? They were like oh sorry maybe somebody didn’t change the price for it so I told them I was still going to write a google review. But overall experience was good 4/5 stars

The close time during the weekdays on Google is 8pm but it closed even before 7:25pm. Staffs inside the store were all gone. What happened!?

I came to the store yesterday and got help from Noelia immediately. She was one of the best salespeople I’ve ever met. She was super patient, helpful and had to go to the back to pull different sizes for me to try on. If you go to this location to buy shoes, you should ask for Noelia!

I found out the hard way that at this location, the employees just stand around and talk to each other. I was screaming and waving my hand for help since I was in a wheelchair. When I finally got someone attention to get me 2 pair of shoes, it was like they were playing rock, paper, scissor shòot on who was coming to help me. When I made it to the front, I had to ask if they still paid base off of sales. They received a big pay increase so now nobody is eager to make the sale. I reported this of course but I am sure it went nowhere.

Have never been is a shop that goes out of its way to be less helpful. Lazy.

This store must have some thieves for employees ordered some shoes to pick up at store that was signed off as recieved and delivered the package got lost who knows if one of the employees took it home with em'.

Really impressed by the customer service. The staff was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Helped me pick the best shoes for my toddler ☺️

I wasn't hopeful walking in because we were not really greeted upon entering. A young man made eye contact but never asked to help. We walked around a few minutes when a young lady, I didn't get her name, asked to help. I asked if she could see if a shoe was available in my size. She quickly returned with the shoe I requested. I went to pay out, and a different lady was very polite, even laughed at my silly dad joke. Both ladies stood there and talked with for a few minutes. Overall, I would say we had a positive experience at this location.
