The store manager is rude and unwilling to help. This used to be my go to store, but not anymore. The negative reviews about the manager are accurate, and the store needs new management if it wants to retain customers.

Pretty awful experience shopping here. Came in at 3:00 on a tuesday, Wasn’t greeted when entering the store at all for starters. Picked three dresses and helped myself to a dressing room. It seemed self service since the two working there didn’t want to be bothered. loved one dress but wanted a different size, the manager had taken up the entire rack that I had just shopped. She shot me a rude look and asked “are you looking for something?” This was the first thing anyone said to me since entering the store, I said “no I just shopped for this dress and they are all gone now” she said she moved them to the back, ok whatever I sorted my dress size out. Standing at the register the young employee Maribel was fiddling with some jewelry from another customer but didn’t even acknowledge my standing there for almost a full 5 mins, she saw me waiting for her, didn’t say a single word. I finally set my dress on the counter and waited for her to say something, confused on if I was in the right spot to even check out?! She rolled her eyes and asked “phone number..?” Literally the most annoying customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Won’t be returning. In this economy people aren’t shopping like they used to, they really need to treat the ones that are coming into the store front with a little more care, Anthropologie was super busy, their customer service was better, I’ll go there next time.

rios expensive and of poor quality I bought a dress for $60 I washed it by hand I put it in the dryer and when I took it out it was all torn, the fabric became horrible, don't waste your money these clothes are like the poor quality of Shein unlike what Shein sells cheap and here expensive.

Store closed at 6pm and kicked everybody right at 6. Didn’t let the people still in the store finish checking out. And were very rude about kicking people out too. My wife loves this store, I would just advise you to not come to the Stonebriar location.

This location is always a WRECK. No point of even stopping in because you can’t actually see anything. It resembles a garage sale to be honest. Someone in corporate needs to figure this out. It’s been like this for about 2 years to my knowledge. It’s embarrassing for the mall.

On a Thursday evening, I was here asking will there be a sale by the year end online, there was an elderly woman (I think it’s the manager) saying Francesca online and them are completely different and has nothing to do with them, won’t price match and won’t know anything. And she kept saying you have 15 days or 21 days to return. Not sure what she meant cos I never had this issue at Francesca for returns till 30 days and also price matching. This is the only branch I’m seeing such weird rules. Does every franchise has different rules or only at stonebriar mall?

We had placed an order online on Nov 13th for pick up at the Stonebrair Mall, Preston in Frisco Texas. Todays is 4th December and are still not able to reach the customer service of Francesca's nor any email confirmation from the store. I am surprised in this competitive market how is this company surviving, pathetic customer service. I suggest buy at places where they are more responsive, while I figure out one last time where my order got lost

Sheila quite literally ruined my day with her poor customer service “skills”. Embarrassed me and another in front of a crowd and refused to elaborate on her reasoning. Just a bitter employee on a power trip.

This was the second time I’ve ever been to a Francesca’s and it was such a horrible experience. I will never return! I ordered a dress at another location and returned it at this one. The likes the style of the dress but it was damaged.I was advised that I was one day over the 21 day return policy. They do not take into consideration shipping so it is more like a 14 day return policy than 21 if you’re lucky as shipping can take 5-10 business days. Also, they wouldn’t refund me for it being damaged.I was willing to order another one since they did not have my size in store but was told the website was down. I was to receive store credit in lieu of a refund but never received it. The cashier wouldn’t anything to me. She pointed at my receipts on the counter and said every thing was completed. So I picked them up and thought everything was set. Turns out, there was no store credit included in my receipts.I called the store to advise them of their mistake of not giving it to me. They said it wasn’t there and they don’t know how to void it out to replace it and I have to contact customer service. Of course they are closed. I am waiting for an email response. Just I want to get my credit to use it up and never deal with this store ever again.The two associates I encountered there were rude and the cashier is untrustworthy. They both acted like they hated their job and was taking it out on the customers. Do NOT shop here!

Never shop at this location the store manager is rude and doesn’t care about helping customers! I had a terrible experience here and they were so rude in managing the situation. You don’t have to worry about me wearing their low quality garments served with attitude

Clothes were nice, my wife seems to like this place, but there is this one girl that works here (glasses) who is very rude, not friendly, treats customers like she doesn't even want to be there. It was 1 pm on a Monday. She definitely needs an attitude adjustment.

Manager was rude, loved their stuff but the staff made the experience very uncomfortable and did not allow me to try on the clothing 20 min. before closing. Honestly do not waste your time coming because they will treat you with no respect.
