On a Thursday evening, I was here asking will there be a sale by the year end online, there was an elderly woman (I think it’s the manager) saying Francesca online and them are completely different and has nothing to do with them, won’t price match and won’t know anything. And she kept saying you have 15 days or 21 days to return. Not sure what she meant cos I never had this issue at Francesca for returns till 30 days and also price matching. This is the only branch I’m seeing such weird rules. Does every franchise has different rules or only at stonebriar mall?

We had placed an order online on Nov 13th for pick up at the Stonebrair Mall, Preston in Frisco Texas. Todays is 4th December and are still not able to reach the customer service of Francesca's nor any email confirmation from the store. I am surprised in this competitive market how is this company surviving, pathetic customer service. I suggest buy at places where they are more responsive, while I figure out one last time where my order got lost

Sheila quite literally ruined my day with her poor customer service “skills”. Embarrassed me and another in front of a crowd and refused to elaborate on her reasoning. Just a bitter employee on a power trip.

This was the second time I’ve ever been to a Francesca’s and it was such a horrible experience. I will never return! I ordered a dress at another location and returned it at this one. The likes the style of the dress but it was damaged.I was advised that I was one day over the 21 day return policy. They do not take into consideration shipping so it is more like a 14 day return policy than 21 if you’re lucky as shipping can take 5-10 business days. Also, they wouldn’t refund me for it being damaged.I was willing to order another one since they did not have my size in store but was told the website was down. I was to receive store credit in lieu of a refund but never received it. The cashier wouldn’t anything to me. She pointed at my receipts on the counter and said every thing was completed. So I picked them up and thought everything was set. Turns out, there was no store credit included in my receipts.I called the store to advise them of their mistake of not giving it to me. They said it wasn’t there and they don’t know how to void it out to replace it and I have to contact customer service. Of course they are closed. I am waiting for an email response. Just I want to get my credit to use it up and never deal with this store ever again.The two associates I encountered there were rude and the cashier is untrustworthy. They both acted like they hated their job and was taking it out on the customers. Do NOT shop here!

Never shop at this location the store manager is rude and doesn’t care about helping customers! I had a terrible experience here and they were so rude in managing the situation. You don’t have to worry about me wearing their low quality garments served with attitude

Clothes were nice, my wife seems to like this place, but there is this one girl that works here (glasses) who is very rude, not friendly, treats customers like she doesn't even want to be there. It was 1 pm on a Monday. She definitely needs an attitude adjustment.

Manager was rude, loved their stuff but the staff made the experience very uncomfortable and did not allow me to try on the clothing 20 min. before closing. Honestly do not waste your time coming because they will treat you with no respect.

I love this chain and try to find an excuse to pop in whenever I can. However, I probably will not be retuning to this location. Stopped in to get something for a holiday party and the girl who rang me up was nice until I didn’t want to give out my phone number then she became dismissive like I didn’t exist anymore. A few days later I came to return the item bc it didn’t work out and a different girl helped me. Same thing, was nice until I didn’t give her my number then just plain rude and just walked away after the transaction without saying anything else to me. Very uncomfortable both times.

Great experience here. The girls working are friendly and super helpful. This store always has discounts or sales, making it was more affordable for people who want cute, sustainable yet inexpensive fashion. This location I recommend more than others simply because of how helpful the staff was.

I like this chain, but wow...hardly any bracelets, rings, etc. Staff was gossiping and not feeling caused on checking out people. I miss the Shops at Legacy location. So much more attentive & friendly!

one of the worst experience. I love their stuff but I would never go to this particular location because of the manager. I placed an online order to be picked up at the boutique on the 21stof March for a girls trip and since the shipment was getting delayed i went to the shop and purchased what i wanted. they have a 21 days return policy. I received an email from the boutique on the 29th of March saying I can pick up my stuff and for some reason I am not able to pick up on time they will gladly extend the days for me. I went on the 16th April to return the stuff which was well under 21days since i got an email from the boutique , the manager said she would not be able to take back my stuff (for return) and the way she communicated was miserable, rude and not acceptable, I had my 6 year old with me and she was so embarrassed with the whole situation and she still talks about it saying that lady at the store was really rude. The manager of the store should have some level of decency to talk to the customer. She just dint care and she said u paid for it u keep it and went to backside of the store.

The employees went above and beyond to help my daughter and I. The clothes in there are absolutely wonderful, I wish I could’ve bought more. I will for ever be grateful for their patience and expertise. I will be returning again in the future. Highly recommend
