I had the very best experience at this shop! First of all Brandon was my first point of contact and his level of customer service was impeccable. I told him what my issue was and he was very patient with me and also helped me to identify what I needed to be done with my car. He and Enrique fi d my door that has been squeaking for sometime now and I walked away so happy! These 2 were so helpful and because of them I will definitely recommend this place for all your body work issues!

I can't say enough great things about our experience with Frisco Autobody! From start to finish, Barry and Brandon were absolutely fantastic. They made us feel completely comfortable and appreciated throughout the entire process. Their communication was prompt and thorough, ensuring we were always in the loop without any hassle.
The quality of the work? Outstanding! The attention to detail and craftsmanship really showed in the final product, especially with the paint job—the color matched perfectly, and our little Darlene Pearl "Granny" looks just as good as she did before the accident. What impressed us most was their customer-first approach—it's clear they are focused on delivering the best service possible, not just on satisfying insurance requirements.
Barry and Brandon genuinely care about their customers, and it shows. We are beyond pleased with the work they did and would highly recommend Frisco Autobody to anyone in need of top-notch service. Thanks again for making what could have been a stressful situation so easy!

I have used this place twice, and I always feel like they do a great job, provide excellent service, don’t rip people off, and are just a wonderful company to do business with. Prices, quality, and service are outstanding.
This was the second time I took my Audi there, as someone had clearly just dinged my car when they opened their door, leaving a couple of marks on it. I always felt Like I was in good hands. Great job and I would recommend you for any work.

I had damaged the hood of my 2024 Silverado with the red tint coat which is hard to match. Searched out Frisco Autobody saw that they had great reviews and yet here is another one. The truck came back flawless. I would highly recommend this place for a pink job on any vehicle.

Impressive! I stopped by this shop to get a scratch on my bumper painted, and received a no hassle, trustworthy, reliable estimate for my car. I dropped my car off yesterday morning, and the shop had my car ready for my 24 hours later. The store manager, Brandon, was responsive and professional. Being a woman, I hate car haggle, so I was pleased to be treated with respect and no be taken advantage of. Brandon and his shop are Christian men and take pride in their work. My car looks beautiful. Check them out, you will not be dissapointed!

We choose to go here after hail storm due to great experience 2 years ago. This time was quite the opposite. The experience was so bad we just took it to another shop in the end.
Communication: I had to actually go in person to get a status update multiple times as I never got a call back. They said they called wrong number but I left numerous voicemails . They also stated they had reached out to insurance on issue when insurance has no record of them ever calling.
Repair:
* There are still dents left over and a big paint crease on trunk as seen in photo.
* There is over-spray all over the car as seen in the photos.
* Paint is chipping on the roof they installed which has different gap heights all around and is not sealed correctly
* Items insurance covered where not fixed as shown in photos
* Glass still all over rear of the car
* Hood/Bonnet was not installed correctly and has different size gaps and the washer fluid noozle was broken
* Driver side Exterior roof trim had broken clips and not properly secured and can be lifted up as seen in photo, found one of the broken clips in the engine bay

These guys are the best. They under promise and over deliver. They are a pleasure to do business with as they are one of the few business that remember what service should be. Brandon was on point for our repair. The price was fair, the communications excellent and the job was well done. He even drove me home and brought my vehicle back to my driveway when it was ready. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. It is a shame I'm limited to only five stars as they truly exceeded all expectations!

I have never made a Google review before. I walked into this shop to hand out a flyer about a hit and run I was involved in. I am horrible with names so I apologize, I already forgot the gentleman’s name, but I was immediately welcomed in and greeted with a smile and handshake. Out of every shop I visited, this is just about the only one I feel that had genuine care for me as an individual. I will be sure to recommend people to come here in the future, the hospitality seems unmatched

These folks were quick to assess and provide an estimate. They were easy to work with through my insurance provider and did a timely job while communicating clearly through the process. When other body shops were asking me to wait 3 weeks for an estimate Frisco auto body, Barry and Brandon, were a breeze to work with, and quick.

My wife swerved to avoid hitting an armadillo and did quite a bit of damage to the right front-end when hitting a tall curb. I found Frisco Auto Body online, and was glad to hear they took my insurance. Everyone I spoke with was very polite, and showed genuine interest in getting my car fixed. They have a program where they waive some of the deductible, which I was thrilled to hear. They called frequently to give updates on the progress of repairs. When I picked up the car, it looked great!I couldn't be happier with the end-to-end service I received. I highly recommend Frisco Auto Body to anyone who is needing this type of work done to their car!
