Got an appraisal on an engagement wedding set. Howard was great to work with. Very friendly, honest and very knowledgeable. Howard is a gem of a human being.
I came in with what was allegedly sold to me as a natural Zultanite for a very affordable price.
This was my first time authenticating a gemstone and was worried about being misled or misinformed (so I had prepped and researched before going in).
Howard is incredibly knowledgeable and certified beyond - he informed me about the processes step-by-step and was incredibly patient. He is incredibly honest and direct + with a good sense of humor.
He earnestly cares about his clients and wants everyone to get a fair price on any lab or natural diamond. Will definitely be coming back soon already any sort of custom work appraisal or any of my gemstone needs with Howard!

I went in to see Howard to have my sapphire checked after a bad experience with the jeweler who designed it.
He graciously took a look and put my worries to ease, while also just being a respectful, lovely human.

My experience with Mr. Traxler was amazing! He walked me through every step from understanding the type of ring my fiancé wanted to customizing it to ensuring it was delivered securely. He took the time to learn about me and helped educate me on the various types of diamonds (i.e. cut, clarity, carat, etc.) instead of just looking for a quick sale. I felt comfortable and confident throughout the whole process thanks to Mr. Traxler’s expertise, professionalism, responsiveness, and personable approach. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! It doesn’t matter if you’re able to physically go into his store or live 1000 miles away - I highly recommend Mr. Traxler and Frisco Engagement Rings!!
