I had the pleasure of meeting Richard, a jeweler and precious metals expert with over 30 years experience. I came into the store today with questions about my first silver purchase and he took the time to walk me thru his collection. I will absolutely be back and look forward to my next purchase. P.S. his Rolex selection is top tier.

Came in to check value on a gold piece. Was very honest and took the time to explain process and value. While I did not sell at this moment he still took the time to clean it for me. Very impressed with the customer service received and would recommend them to anyone!

I went in for what would normally be a simple, cut and dry transaction. First, I’d like to say it’s a beautiful showroom and was impeccable. What I really enjoyed though, was that Richard, the manager, was just real friendly , a lot of fun to talk to and a wealth of knowledge. It’s one of those stores that folks like me are driven to become regular customers just because of the comfort level. In short, I would highly recommend Frisco Gold and Silver Exchange to anyone seeking a friendly staff, transparency and a great shopping experience.

Nice guys but a total rip off. They sold me 200 Buffalo silver rounds for more than $7 over spot.......buy from SD Bullion instead. You'll save hundreds of dollars and get more and better metal

I have had the best experience here.I work closely with Alex, Richard and Donna. The entire staff is absolutely amazing.I was able to get my wife her dream Rolex as well as my best friend got his new watch here as well.Rather you are selling, buying or just need your jewelry cleaned or repaired I’m telling you that this is 100% the place to go to all of Plano, Frisco in the surrounding areas.We now have the most amazing jewelry store that will take care of us and treat us like family.
