Do not let your doctor use Frisco Pharmacy!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, sales techs not knowledgeable!!! It is always difficult to get my prescriptions filled here. This week, I had an even worse experience than my previous interactions with them. I placed an order Tuesday for two prescriptions using the phone service. No one ever reached out to me, so on Wednesday, I called the pharmacy to see if my prescriptions were ready (they acted like they never received my order). The tech I spoke to kept insisting one of my prescriptions had expired. I explained they just filled the new prescription on February 15 of this year but kept getting the same answer. Finally, he found the new prescription that again, had already been filled there once. I had questions, and every time I asked the tech question, he put me on hold. I was on hold at least seven times and the phone call lasted at least 30 minutes. Finally, I got a text that my medication's were ready. I drove 15 miles to the pharmacy to pick them up because I was going out of town and didn't have time to wait for delivery. I get there and one of the medications is not even in stock!! I asked them how did this happen? Why did I get a message that both were ready?? No answers. Finally, the next day my medication arrived on the truck. Again, no phone call even though the tech had supposedly marked my prescription "urgent". I had to make the call myself. They explained that it was not their standard practice to make same day deliveries. I asked them to make an exception in this case and find a solution, since their service had been so bad and this was now going to cost me 60 round trip miles. They refused. They had zero concern when I explained my frustration with their terrible customer service. They made no amends (not even a discount for my trouble). If possible, I will have my prescriptions transferred to another compound pharmacy in Frisco. HORRIBLE SERVICE, RUDE ASSOCIATES WITH ZERO KNOWLEDGE WHO DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!! Again, do not use this Pharmacy!

The have the worst customer service and snatch my driver’s license out my hand. They sent me a text saying my son prescription was ready got there and they said it would be ready until tomorrow. As soon as I left not even 5 mins later they sent a text saying it was ready but now they are closed. Came back the next day on lunch and they had me waiting for 20 mins no communication.I will be telling the dr find another place to send our prescription.

The rest of the one star reviews, that should probably be zero star reviews, are very accurate. They are so inconsistent. Between them and the Nimble app I had no idea when my prescription would be delivered. I called to confirm and was reassured it would be delivered in Friday. That came and went then got a random text on Saturday afternoon without any prior notice of delivery status that my order was at my door. Now the individual that left my prescription must've been lacking in the common sense area. They placed my prescription with all my personal details in jumbo font facing outward for the masses to see. I live in an apartment complex. This is crazy and unacceptable. You couldn't have put in a plain brown bag upon delivery? This was a horrific experience all around. Even more so because I asked to pick the order up on the day I was notified it was ready and they said I could not, I needed to schedule a pickup time. Never using this place again. Use at your own risk!

No customer service. No greeting. No direction for medication. The medicine was retrieved from the refrigerator and I had to ask myself if should I keep it in the refrigerator as well.

Horrible pharmacy. I had a prescription sent to them, but because the delivery was going to take too long. So I had another pharmacy call and get the prescription that closer to my home. This pharmacy charged me twice for the medication. I had to have my credit card shut down and a new one sent out. The fraud department is investigating. When I called to ask the name of the woman she hung up on me. Terrible experience and they practice fraud. They need to be turned in to the pharmacy board.

Never been treated so badly by a state regulated company . The unprofessional behavior exhibited was a very concerning and to thi k these people handle medicineis mind blowing .When I asked the reps name I was speaking with , she hung up on me . I called back and spoke with a Jyothis , who stated she was the manager, when I asked for a complaint manager I was told they don't have one . I explained the former call and how appauled I was with the behavior of her rep. I was concerned my medicine wasn't going to be sent due to the rash and unmeritted behavior of her staff , she advised me there was no way of knowing who I spoke with (although the intial lady supposedly put my request in for the remaining medication they failed to send and verified my name and dob). I have filed a complaint with the pharmacy board ,as I don't think these individuals should be responsible for handling medications . I had already paid for my birth control , I just needed the portion that the pharmacy failed to send .

Dismissive and disrespectful now. Until now I gave them 5 stars, they automatically refilled my needed "x hance" medicine every single month on the exact date. I had ALWAYS been impressed with them, even when they were part of a PHI and PII breach with my little "allergists", I thought they handled it well.Well now they insist "use ya little "smart" "phone"!" to "order" medications, since they are now putting customer last and doing away with automatic refills. They must not want to be in business anymore eh? I had to call THREE TIMES TODAY ALONE because they hid this little change from their customers, to boot their weird little nimble website they use now is garbage, does not work, has people under the WRONG NAMES (HELLOOOOOO!) and just HAAAAS to be done through widdle text message on a tiny little cell phone screen! Well, not everyone lives their entire life worshipping the little "smart" "phones", so not all of us do every little last bit of life errands on such! Stupid!

Requested medication for my baby and they called said the medicine was ready. Not until I went in they started filling the medication and told me to wait for 10mins. 15 mins passed still medication was not ready. I went to a restaurant next door had snacks and cane back and the medication was ready. They didnt have minimum courtesy to call and inform me. I was the only customer in there at that time. I could see several people working inside walking back and forth, not sure what kind of busy work they were doing but they couldnt even properly serve one customer who was right in their store. One lady came and gave medication which had loose cap. It spilled several times at home due to loose cap and I feel very angry and frustrated when I think how these guys are even in business. WORST PHARMACY AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PAHARMACY TO OTHERS

Customer service is good at all. They dont lift the phone and are rude over phone. Not acceptable at all. Changed my pharmacy and will not be going there again.

Worst pharmacy and worst staff ever. Dont even know how to talk to customers. They lack minimum training and dnt realize that they get paid by the customers. Will not be filling any medication here and will make sure no one in my circle will go here ever again!!!

Was contacted today by them and told I had an rx that I needed to pay a 150.00 co-pay and then they lowered it to 75.00 and said it was from a doctor I saw over 3 years ago. They wanted me to pay over the phone. My answer was no and I do not now nor have I ever used this pharmacy. Then they were all happy and pleased to get off the phone with me immediately. SCAM!!!!!

My child’s dermatologist sent in 2 prescriptions. They only charged me for one. I’ve literally had to beg for the Information on the second prescription so he can get the medication he actually needs. This has been going on for 1 week.
