Went in because I wanted to learn how to paint minis, and Orry was super helpful -- I learned a lot!
The environment was great and friendly to beginners, and the prices are good. Definitely plan to go back.

Wonderful store, have been going here for years. There was a recent change in management but the new manager is doing just fine. Some of the other reviews are referencing a rough time period when the old manager was about to depart, but the new manager hasn't had any issues with time management or availability. Always friendly and willing to help!

They don't even deserve one star. Been here every day for a week straight and have failed to open at posted times. I recommend to everyone to find a better store. I have no choice but to refund all orders that I can't retrieve.

Store has gone downhill since the old manager left. They’re hardly ever open during posted store hours, both the online hours and hours posted on the door. The selections are so weak for 40K. AoS and HH aren’t bad though. If you ask them why they were closed they’ll reply “just check the Facebook page.” Which is never updated.

Came at 3pm on a Tuesday. Sign in the window saying they’ll open back up at 3:30. Came back at 4. Still closed, same sign in window. Whoever runs this place doesn’t care. Thanks for wasting my free time.

It's 1120am on a Friday. Sign says to come back at 530 when they close at 5pm. Don't waste your time at this location. Chances are it will be closed during business house.

Drove 30 minutes here and they’re supposed to be open until 3:30. It’s 1:52 and they’re closed.

It's frustrating to assume a story will be open during its posted business hours. Fact is they hit less than 50% of that assumption.

Never open when they’re supposed to be. The staff just chuck a BRB sign on the door and are never there.

Figured this would be a good family activity for my two girls. Staff was extremely helpful in getting us started with a new box set and showing us the ropes, even letting my two girls set up and paint a model. Very happy to come back here if this takes off as a regular family activity.

Phenomenal store! Staff is very polite and the manager is incredibly helpful and informative. Would heartily recommend this store to any and everybody, especially if you are a new player getting into the hobby or just going to watch a few games. Definite 5-star review and if I could go higher then I gladly would!
