I cannot rave about this place enough. They do everything in house, so the person you’re talking to when you go into the store, will probably be the person who will be making or fixing your jewelry. They’re reasonably priced and operate with integrity. I’ve sent so many people to this place. Cannot give more stars but I would if I could!

A stone had fallen out of my ring, took it to Generations after looking at other reviews. Here to echo the other glowing reviews! They fixed the ring quickly and it looks amazing! Great customer service and very fair pricing!

We traveled for quite some time to get to this place and tried many other jewelers because no one else in that radius was able to convert my Victorian stick pins into charms except for them! They knew exactly what I wanted and they were not afraid to tackle it. The solders are so clean and perfect on such small and delicate things. They were very polite from the beginning. I will be returning quite often.

I have finally found my jeweler! Having recently moved to Dallas from New Jersey, I was accustomed to having a family-owned go-to jeweler. When my husband bought me a second wedding band for Christmas and I realized it was a little big for my finger, I began my search for a jeweler. After being told by almost every jeweler I called that it would take 2-3 weeks to get my band resized, I decided to look for a small family-owned jeweler instead. Thankfully I read the reviews for Generation Jewelers and took my ring there. They were welcoming, very professional, and resized my ring in 24 hours! They also cleaned and polished my original band and engagement ring at no charge! That's true customer service! Now that I've found my jeweler I'll only give my business to this team of professionals. Visit them today - you won't be disappointed.

I brought in a necklace which needed a clasp repair. A different clasp was suggested. They made the change within an hour, knowing I wanted to wear the necklace that same evening!I wouldn’t bring my jewelry to any other store.

These guys are always so helpful and kind. They know what they’re doing & it shows in their work. My fiancé got my engagement ring here & they resized it for free after the proposal. I brought in a bracelet I needed fixed for the wedding, and they fixed it in about 5 minutes for free! Excellent customer service. Definitely recommend these guys ??

We searched the internet for a good jewelry repair shop near us. We stopped in a few but Generation was the third and Frankincense made us feel like long time clients. We had 3 pieces to repair and with the time specified it was done and the looked great. I have a Phillip Stein watch and a my engagement ring to repair so I will be back. There hostilely was wonderful and greatly appreciated.

I needed a stone replaced on a pendant for my brother in law and they were able to fix it real time. Reasonably priced as well. The gentleman helping me was helpful and polite. Will definitely come back for future repairs or purchases.

Franklin and Danny are two awesome guys. I came across them after a previous jeweler destroyed my wifes engagenent ring. Franklin took her ring with him and an hr later brought it back looking like the damage never took place! From that day I knew I found the only guys I would ever need for all my jewelry needs. I would highly recommend them for all of your needs! They have a great selection and if you need something custom made as we did, they will knock it out of the park and send you images of the molds to confirm they have it correct. They do not cut corners! They have mastered the art!

Great service all together . Liked the way the front desk received me and were prompt in updating me that my work is complete. Their work with lasers is awesome ( fixing broken chain ).Highly recommend.
