Sign says open and they are to open at 11 am. Arrived at 10:55 and currently still waiting out front at 11:11 am and still no one inside to open the doors.

Closed on Friday at 10:55 am . The open sign is flashing, but doors are closed. I even waited there for 20 mins, no luck .

This is your standard GNC. Nothing out of the ordinary. They have supplements and everything you need to kick start (and continue) a healthy lifestyle.The staff was friendly and helpful.I normally only shop here when I need something right away. Because it's a brick and mortar store, the prices will be higher than online.

The few times i have gone, one it was closed. At 1pm on a Friday which was super irritating for me and the 2 other people trying to go there. The other times the guy was super helpful.

Had an excellent experience today at this GNC location. Joseph was incredibly helpful and helped me find the best product for me! I would recommend anyone going to this store to ask for Joseph.

Do not shop here unless you enjoy poor customer service and no customer service. First of all, the young man behind the counter was incredibly rude and the opposite of customer oriented. There was a customer needing assistance with a return or exchange when we walked in and he was unable to help him, as well. A group of young boys walked in needing help finding a product and surprise, surprise he couldn't help them either. All we wanted to do was exchange a brand new, unused blender bottle that my son had purchased earlier today. We were told that because he didn't hold on to the receipt and it was not a GNC brand product that he was unable to do anything to help us. I understand that I can't get his money back as he didn't hold onto his receipt, but he is a 17 year old boy who was excited about this portable mixer he had just found at his favorite store. He got home opened the box to show it to his dad and it was broken!!! He was going to keep it. My husband told him no, you paid $15 for that and it is broken; we will take it back and exchange it for one that is not brGNC's official return policy states: GNC guarantees satisfaction. If a customer is not pleased with any product we sell, we will offer a refund or exchange. All products are refundable/exchangeable within 30 days from the date of your order from GNC.com or payment made in a GNC Retail store with a valid sales receipt or GNC.com packing slip. As someone who works in customer service I would make an exception and exchange the item or give the refund. The boy calls his boss and proceeds to say "so we can't return or exchange an item that isn't a GNC brand item right?" He never mentions to this "boss" that this item is unused and was purchased that day. Receipt or not, they can pull the receipt from their electronic journal. Give me a break!! Then he says take it to the mall store they will take it back, they are corporate owned, we are family owned so we don't have to take it back. So basically you can sell my son a broken non GNC item but you can't take the time to pull his receipt from your electronic journal and exchange this portable mixer for him? You can then ask me to make an extra trip to the mall to make an exchange, which is really all we wanted to do!! Somewhere in their return policy GNC needs to put a clause that states *unless this is a family owned store because in that case they can do whatever they want. Which includes talk down to customers, sell you broken products, then refuse to take them back and ask you to proceed to the nearest corporate owned store where customer service is actually part of the culture.
