Be careful when yoi bring your car for tire rotation....this guy's don't do tire rotation properly...you better mark your tires...you can't thrust this guys.

Just Tires at Coit Road, Frisco has done very good job of replacing 4 tires for my sedan. Carvel Landrum helped me in giving me best quote and service. The waiting area was clean.

2X THE LABOR COST compared to near automotives
Been there 2 times 1. To replace c300 battery, they quoted 100$ more than I spent to get it installed, same battery
2. Today I went to replace my front brake calipers just installation and brake fluid flush, they quoted almost 500$ where other two companies are at 230$ and 245$
Probably they are super premium people
In fact I should give them 0 star

Unbelievably terrible service! I have had a leak in my tire for a bit, so took it here to check it out.
1. They had me check the tire myself (while I was in a dress)
2. Told me it was NOT fixable at all at ANY shop because of where the leak was
3. Kept me there for an hour trying to find my tire (which they did not have in stock or online for under $1200)
4. Told me not to go to another tire shop because it wasn’t fixable.
Just drove down to THOMASON TIRE in downtown McKinney and they fixed the leak in 30 minutes for $25.

I took my car to Just tires which had a flat tire. I had taken an appmt prior and was told that it could be fixed or tire need to be replaced and was waiting to hear about the status. No one updated anything and they started replacing the tire. When I told the manager that I was told that it might be fixable, the manager was rude and he asked me how long I’m in this field. Also I was not given a total cost of tire replacement until I had to ask again for all details and the insurance etc. I wish the people there are a little more nice.

I was very impressed. The guys were so friendly and so nice they went out of their way so if you need tires you need to go to this location thank you to all of them I forgot to get your names.

They took one hour more than the committed 1.5 hours to change my tires. I can in around 9:30 and departed around 12:10. There are folks like me who are on tight schedule and balancing work and trying to multitask and this is just so inconvenient.
