Terrible experience with Mr. Quan. He was rude, rushed my haircut in 6 minutes, and then demanded a tip. When I didn’t have change, he scolded me and kept pushing. Completely unprofessional and uncomfortable. Avoid him if you want decent service.

They dont respect the check-in system. I was checkedin and waiting at the store. They just let a 'familiar' customer walk in.

We had a great experience here! The staff were welcoming and professional, and my son’s haircut turned out perfect. Everything was done in a timely manner, but we never felt rushed or like they were just trying to get us out the door. Really appreciated the excellent service and friendly atmosphere—we’ll definitely be coming back!

I drive past a thousand Great Clips locations just to come to this location! Tao (not sure of spelling) does a fantastic job and is great to talk to. I live seven hours from his location but make it a habit to come to his Great Clips location every time that I come to visit. Worth the drive!

I recently took my son to Sonna for a haircut, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience! Sonna was professional, friendly, and really took the time to listen to what we wanted.
