Went for a haircut this Saturday around 11:30 AM and an older Spanish Ethnicity lady took out a chunk of my hair without putting on clippers. To cover it up, she proceeded to literally clip the rest of my hair to almost a full shaved head.
She never even bothered to apologize for making a bald spot on my head and I saw the horrible looking patch only once I reached home.
Now I am not able to go out without a cap or a hoodie.
Will never be going back...

I took my son for a haircut, and they completely messed it up with an uneven cut. I wouldn’t recommend this place for kids at all.

Worst place ever! They literally messed up my son’s haircut. We asked for a config, past notes was not shown and the lady gave him a full buzz cut. She completely ignored what we asked for, was very rude and didn’t apologize at the end.

Horrible person, pathetic attitude. A Chinese girl had communication issues plus had a terrible behavior to us. Actually she intimidated my son. Please replace her with some kind and understanding person.

The person who cut my hair was rude and in a big hurry. I asked for a number 7 cut. I was scalped the hair on my side won't even lay down. In almost 80 years this is the worst haircut.

Went for a simple fade and they cut one of my dreads off. And then made me bring the dread to the shop for a refund. So embarrassing. And then they wouldn’t even refund me my tip. Crazy. Will not be back. Be careful going there forsure.

Don’t go to this location, they have rude hair stylists. They don’t listen to your instructions, they simply used level 2 all over the head. Before I realized they went they trimmed all the hairs. They don’t let you stand next to them to watch how they do. They will always make sure to are away from your kid so that they don’t need to focus on your instructions. Horrible experience. My kid 7 year old was crying after he got this worst hair cut. Pls find better saloon.
