Went for the first time today and Dana did an amazing job. She cut my hair exactly the way I requested and I was out in about 20 minutes.

They made very bad review! Veronica is stylist and she did a very bad job. Very rude and keep asking same questions again and again! I’m coming to this salon two years and never had this bad experience. Now I have to rethink!

I would give a negative rating if possible. They messed up my haircut—on one side, where I asked for a number 3, there’s a small patch that was shaved completely bald. Instead of admitting the mistake, they tried to blame it on a supposed bald spot, which I do not have. Very unprofessional response and poor customer service. I seriously doubt the staff has proper training. Do not recommend.

I came to Great Clips and the service here was amazing. My haircutter was a very nice woman called Bela. She really made my experience better and made my haircut good. I fully recommend her for anyone in need of a haircut.

This is the worst haircut I got for my little brother. The barber claims she followed the picture, when I told her not to touch the top. And I quote “ his hair is curly I only cut two inches”. Bullshit! That’s her response! Don’t charge people if you aren’t going to do what they asked for
