Great place with truly amazing people to work with from the Manager all the way through the customer service banking representatives! I’ve been working with Great Planes Bank for a year and a half, and my experience has been terrific. I highly recommend their services. Much better than the big chain banks.

Great service & caring bank. I have business checking accounts with Great Plains bank since 2021. I love their online banking platform. Never had any issues. Branch manager Farah and her staff always responds me instantly. I would highly recommend Great Plains bank.

I worked with Doug Turner, Chris Price, and Shelly Evans to get my mortgage on my home. This process was way easier than I was expecting; many people emphasized the stress of obtaining a mortgage/ closing on a home. However, Doug and his team were extremely efficient and helpful during this process which was a key factor in making this process simple/ straightforward. I also used Doug's referral for a Real Estate Agent (Tyler Maldonado); I also highly recommend using Tyler if you need an efficient agent.Anyone that is looking for a highly efficient team to get things done NEED to use Doug and his team. I'll be referring anyone that needs a loan to Doug and GPB.
