BEWARE! The reviews are inflated. A gentleman did my pedicure and it was so painful I thought he might be racist. He kept drilling my skin on my toes after I repeatedly told him removing the gel was hurting me. Fed up I finally ended the service and STILL paid to have the gel removed just to get out of the situation. I was told the gel removal is only free if I was having them repainted.
I would have loved to have them repainted if I wasn’t being abused in my seat by an unprofessional insensitive man. I would recommend any other nail provider in the area. Happy Nails is inconsistent, overpriced, and insensitive to their customers needs.

Caroline killed it once again! She is the sweetest nail tech that I’ve had in a while. What I love about her is that she checks in frequently throughout the service to ensure that I’m happy with my nails. She has a very calming demeanor and is such a sweet soul. Love my little chats with her. Won’t be going to another nail salon- Caroline is my girl! (:

Absolutely wonderful experience! Caroline was the sweetest person ever. On top of that she was so thorough and did amazing work. I took a chance on this place and now I have my go to spot. Always wonderful to go in for nails and come out feeling overall happy!

BEWARE! Scam! They will over charge your card!!! Dishonest establishment don’t come here! Please this place can’t be trusted. I got nail polish off of my nails and they charged me $21. They are money hungry, rude, and DISHONEST! I don’t recommend this place!

Today was my first time going to Happy Nails for my pedicure. I usually go to a place in Plano but because they were closed today, I decided to google around and found this place. I’m SO happy I did! There’s a reason it’s called “Happy Nails”. ? Caroline was just amazing! I had pain on one of my toes from cutting my nail wrong and she was able to fix me up. I’ll definitely be back!

Caroline! Omg! Outstanding customer service. I went in on a Tuesday for a pedicure. This was my first visit. She got out an ingrown toenail that I didn't know I had and also a callus. She took her time and did not rush but did every step on my feet. When she was done, she didn't hurry and rush me to pay. And another customer came in while Caroline was working on a different customer (my nails were drying) and the lady said she would come back. Caroline offered a drink to the lady who said she would come back. She was so nice. I didn't plan on getting my nails done but I'll be back so she can work because I'm definitely impressed with the customer service. 10 out of 10, definitely recommend!

The owner she did to fast even nonoe was in the building and a couple of my finger nail she did are not straight, they are cut realy bad. The design looks just bad. 72$ for for what?? now you know why I don't come to your place thx

Tommy and Caroline took great care of me! I received a soothing hand massage, buffed and moisturized hands and nails. The monthly special pedicure was wonderful. Very relaxing reflexology and hot stone massage. The pedicure was beautiful. Lovely people doing a super job. Glad to have found this place. Will return.

Caroline did an amazing job! She asked me if I liked how it was looking throughout the entire process and reaffirmed that we can fix anything I don't like. My cuticles are usually super sensitive but she was so careful and gentle.. I did not feel rushed at all. Very friendly! I spent $70 which was a little much for me but I felt like it was worth it for how quality my nails turned out and how great the experience was. Definitely coming back and asking for Caroline again. Thank you!

My first time here and although the staff is very nice my nails are already lifting and peeling after 8 daysI get my nails done often and this is the first time in years my nails has been missed up within a week :( spent $60
