We went in a couple of months ago after visiting several other stores to look to see where we wanted to buy after a house fire. Other salespeople did not spend any time with us since we were not buying that day. Harold at the Haverty's in Frisco spent time telling us our options when we were ready to purchase. We went back to buy from Harold because he was about helping the customer.

I generally don’t leave reviews, but I have to express my displeasure with the Haverty’s staff at the Frisco, TX location on Gaylord. I entered the store at approximately 6:15pm today 7/31. There are 3 staff members at least and only 1 was helping a couple. No one ever acknowledged me or tried to assist me. They either walked past me or simply sat at their desks. One man looked at me standing at the door looking around for assistance, and he continued to sit and ignore me. Even the lady helping the couple walked past me, looked me in the eyes and continued to ignore me even after her customers were gone. I have never been so disregarded before. I actually was coming to make a purchase while in this area, but I guess I will go back to the Cedar Hill store to do this since they (and other stores) are more hospitable. I will NEVER step foot in the Frisco store again, and I’m tempted to disregard Havertys all together. I can take my money elsewhere.

Had a wonderful and seamless experience with our sales person Lana when purchasing our Hartford sofa. She was relaxed and not pushy and easy to work with. We will be back an will be asking for Lana for sure! Very excited to have our new sofa delivered a a few days!
