customer service is terrible, the operator does not ever actually transfer to anyone, there is no help and as a provider we do not have time for this.

Joke of an insurance company that has unreasonably high deductibles, limited coverage, and isn’t in-network pretty much anywhere. A Potemkin village for employers to claim they offer benefits while not offering anything in reality.
