Laura is the most unprofessional and rude customer service person I have ever encountered. I was extremely excited to check on the status of my ring and she immediately took that feeling to disappointment. I remembered her voice when I called one other time about a month ago and she was rude then. I like to give grace as some are just having a bad day but this was intentional. Helzberg please have someone else deal with customers who actually enjoys interacting and working people. It’s a skill and not everyone is cut out for it. I regret coming to this location and once I have my ring will never be back. Zero stars
