My mother purchased the necklace for me as a graduation gift in 2021. Since then it has broken 3 times. The first time they denied my lifetime covered we paid for. We had to pay $100+ to have it fixed elsewhere. The last two times thankfully the staff actually did their jobs. No one has ever tried to make it up to us. Today when I was trying to sort out my necklace pick up, the worker got frustrated with me and hung up while I was talking. Extremely poor customer service with staff that are either not adequately trained or lazy. Will never purchase from them again.

Karen at the Stonebriar mall store is amazing!!!! She always remembers my wife and I by name and provides impeccable service! We appreciate feeling like our purchase is important to them!

My boyfriend and I had the most amazing, individualized, and special experience at Helzberg Diamonds at the Stonebriar Mall in Frisco! Maria was incredible, and we could tell she really cared about making us happy. She went above and beyond what I could have asked for, and she ensured that my engagement ring is even better than I imagined it could have been! Also, the store manager Jessica could not have been more helpful as a consult in helping me get the exact customization that I wanted. They walked us through the whole process and were very receptive to all of my questions. I would give them a zillion out if 10 review if I could!

Second update: it has now been almost a month. I have emailed helzberg 10 times with no response. What a joke.Update: I sent an email reply to the email address provided by Helzberg. I have now sent the email three times and have not received any communication back from them. And don’t think that I’m being impatient. I sent the first email over a week ago.Pitiful experience. Make sure you read the fine print on your receipt. My husband got me a pair of earrings from helzberg for my birthday. He made sure when he picked them up that they could be exchanged. At no time was it mentioned that return period is only 30 days. There was no mention of a time frame. Well as we all know life gets in the way of you making time to go to the mall to exchange something. The earrings have not been worn because I didn’t love the style. They still carry the earrings in the store. It’s not something that was discontinued. We were even willing to exchange them for something that was less expensive not asking for my money back. I will never step foot in or give that store my money ever again. I will be sharing my experience with friends and family so they don’t make the same mistake that I did by shopping here.

Service was good, price was reasonable. But built quality isn't the best. I bought my fiance a tennis bracelet as a valentine gift about a month ago. I picked up the bracelet on the 21st of Feb and gave it to my fiance. And not even a week of having the bracelet. The latch already stop working. So the bracelet doesn't secure all the way. It fell off my fiance wrist while grocery shopping. We thought we lost it forever. But luckily we found it and saw that the latch stop working. Reason why we almost lost the bracelet.

From the time I got in touch with Jessica the store manager to this day I’ve been more than pleased with her personality, ambition, energy she brings to the floor and overall her customer service. Keep up the good work Jessica, you’re my go to jeweler from now on!

Went in to get my ring worked on got great energy and customer service from everyone that helped me. They guided me through the whole process and kept me updated as needed. Will 100% be coming back couldn’t recommend this place more!

I had a really great experience with Ashley , Renae , and Mark the Jewelry from me getting directions from Ashley of where to come in the mall to educating me on clarity of Jewelry. They were all fantastic and gift wrapped every thing and kept laughing throughout the transaction. I definitely recommend this store to friends & family .

Karen is rude it seemed like she didn’t want to help from the start. I am not sure if she is discriminatory or what her issue is but you’re walking basically walking on eggshells talking to her. Choose to take business elsewhere and got a much better deal and great customer service as marquise jewelers in the same mall.

Customer service is lack luster. My husband has purchased two rings, a necklace, and a bracelet here. Today I went in to have them check the ring under warranty and received horrible service. We may never spend another penny here.
