Andrew Saved Christmas! Unfortunately our trip back to the midwest was hinging on two parts being delivered in a timely manner. The projection on delivery was not until 12/31, which would have kept us in Texas for Christmas and now with our families. However, Andrew pulled some string and got the parts and got me my vehicle a week before we needed it.

Had gotten my vehicle serviced here through insurance, they told me they replaced a brand new wheel, after my accident, 3 months later towards winter i get a slow leak, i take it back for them to look at the brand new wheel, and they said I hit a pothole, when i know I haven’t nor has anyone else, the damage to my wheel is so severe you can see it without pulling off the tire, but the tire is perfectly fine, and it’s the same tire they put on the vehicle, if i did hit a pothole enough to damage my rim it should’ve done significant damage to the tire, but it is still brand new, they denied me warranty repair and said it’s my fault.
Edit, we resolved the issue, after a second review by their GM they were able to notice the damage i was referencing too, and warrantied my tire, they reached out and resolved this issue in a timely manner!

I went in for a quick estimate for a minor repair around lunch time for my 2022 Tundra. Understandably all the service writers were busy, however Christian took the time away from his busy schedule to look at my truck and take down the information and agreed to provide an estimate at later point. He also exceeded my expectation by performing a temporary fix and give me some tips while I was there. Christian was amazing! In an industry that’s just difficult to take for granted Christian was very courteous, professional and honest about the suggestions he made. Both Christian and the lady in the front desk deserve a five Star review.
