I’ve been doing business with HI Agency for ten years now. In this era of constantly rising insurance company rates and increased customer deductibles, they shop my rates every year to see that I am getting the best coverages at the best rates out there. Above that the customer service is amazing, you are not a number when you call with a question or need help with a claim. They immediately take action and get back to you in a very timely manner. On a couple of occasions, the owner has gotten personally involved with my insurance carrier and gotten issues resolved for me. In my 55 years of buying insurance, I have never experienced such amazing customer service.
