We love shopping here for the doggos in our family. The store is well organized and it's pretty easy to find the things you're looking for, but the staff is very personable and always eager to help.

Petco is the worst. We all know this. The corporate pigs care nothing for their employees or the live animals in their stores, not to mention they damage UNUSED GOODS and throw them in the dumpster instead of donating them.
That being said
I needed to find a new place to buy my dog's food. I was greeted as soon as I walked into the Frisco location by a young woman who didn't seem bothered by my visit to the store?! In fact she was genuinely happy to help me. Whoah. Big amazing change number 1. Second, the store is just nice to be inside. It's colorful and organized and it feels like a place you wanna stay and shop. Third, when I was leaving I of course asked about the owners of the company, how they felt they were treated as employees, and all the other questions us consumers really ought to be asking of places we spend our increoasingly hard-earned over-taxed over-inflated under-whay-we-are-worth money. The answers were all incredibly satisfactory, and didn't feel forced in the slightest. Apparently they have above average employee retention. Again - I'm shook.
They do have a customer loyalty program, too. And a cute little 10 minute parking space that I appreciate, since my dog food bags are big and heavy lol
Anyways - go there. You'll love it, and you'll be fighting the power. Win win

Never been here before, the name sounded cool so I said why not go browse . I was welcomed by Morgan, she was very helpful, and gave me, a first time shopper , her insight and feedback on products she’s used for her fur babies as well as the feedback she’s received from customers. I told her what I was looking for and she showed me several different options. Customer service is struggling these days, so I would like to make sure we recognize when someone goes above and beyond and takes care of their customers! I will be back!

They are always incredibly friendly and offer to take my large bag of dog food to my car for me. They have the Hill's Science Diet I need for my cats and dogs, and the location is very convenient.
