If you're into hot power style yoga, this is the studio for you! The teachers have more of a fitness influence, which means you'll get an awesome workout that will continually challage your abilities. Since changing ownership this studio has really bloomed into a great community of yogis!

My favorite place for yoga and cardio. Schedule is great, they offer many classes throughout the week. The instructors are pros and the place has good vibes.I love the amenities (shower, towels, mats, cold bottle water, etc). Just show up and enjoy the practice.
